A cozy beautiful new and modern house perfect for family and big group. It is value for money but you should have your own car since the location is near Loakan airport but near Camp John Hay.

We celebrated our New Year at Zya Transient House. The place is perfect for our family tradition. The staff Caloy is such a kind accomodating person. The rooms are really perfect our big family. The cold breeze partnered with the mountain view is really surreal. We had our own kitchen where we cooked our meals. The place is accessible and just near Camp John Hay. We will come back here for sure.

Location isn't perfect. The house is clean and good enough for big groups. Kitchen has complete utensils. Wifi is also working well. We had a nice stay.

Comfy, spotless, and spacious!”
The house is very new and the amenities are thoughtfully supplied. Linens are clean, sheets are comfy, and the blankets provided were soft and cozy. Cookware and dinnerware were complete and the living/dining room and kitchen were quite spacious. The couch was a bit small for us, but everything else was great. The bathrooms were also really clean and had hot water. The location was farther than our usual but I liked the well-paved Loakan roads. The road to the house, though, was mostly unpaved so SUVs are more suited to the area. Still, there was ample parking. We'd love to stay there again.
