I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. All the staff were helpful and friendly. They were clearly willing to help make it a wonderful stay.The hotel was very clean every where. The bed was super comfortable. Magnificent beach view from the balcony in my room was breathtaking!! Perfect location for viewing sunset! This is beach front hotel. The location is so excellent! Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Beach is just a couple steps away.Accessible to D'mall , Willy rock and in station 1. Lots of fruit stands, fresh coconuts and the 7/11 family mart nearby. The breakfast was very delicious. Lots of selections. Filipino breakfast, cheese omelet , pancakes.. The calamity juice served in the hotel was the best juice I ever had in my life. Zuzuni hotel is the island's hidden gem. This hotel is highly recommended!! Great value for money!! Many thanks to all the staff!! I had a wonderful stay !! This place truly is a home away from home and I hope to back in the near future.

Perfect location, cheerful and competent staff, lovely room, but can be difficult for light sleepers”
I enjoyed my stay at Zuzuni. The location is perfect - beachfront, close to D'mall, but no busy bars or restos nearby. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, and the mattress and pillows were of excellent quality. The staff were friendly and attended to my needs. The room had a few minor design flaws, namely a light switch right next to a socket that prevented me from plugging in my travel adaptor (as the switch was in the way), and the shelf on top of the bathroom sink that was placed too low and prevented me from turning on the tap fully. Muchos, the resto downstairs, had delicious food and catered to vegetarians like me. I give the hotel 5 stars because I had a great stay. However, the walls are very thin and the guests in the next room were noisy. The first guests had their phone alarm go off at 3 and 5AM, and it could be heard clearly in my room (night staff helped me deal with them). The guests that followed after them kept music playing all day despite being out. This hotel may not be for light sleepers or those who need absolute quiet.

Perfect location”
This hotel is located right in front of the beach. We always book the room with a balcony so we have a great view of the beach and sunset/sunrise with the tall coconut trees. Their location is perfect for me. It's a 5-10min walk to D-Mall but still accessible, and away from the busy area which will spare you from loud music playing and people partying. Their rooms are always kept clean. The beds are very comfortable. However, its strictly for 2 pax only since the room isn't spacious enough (unless you have the Balcony). There are no complimentary toiletress, if I remember correctly. You know the usual freebies you get when you stay in a hotel. They provide towels, and they have TV. Other than that, there's not much but doesn't bother me since we go out a lot in the daytime. Food downstairs is very limited; breakfast is the only thing I remember available. So if its late, make sure you get food outside especially since there's a 12mn curfew already.

The location of the hotel is nice because it is located near to D’mall and to lot of restaurants. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They assist and help the customer right away and also they address your needs properly. The food is very delicious and appetizing. They serve it in a few minutes which is very nice when you are really hungry. The room is very clean and complete to all necessities you might need. They have blower and toiletries and also you can borrow beach towels that you can bring outside the hotel anytime.

Perfect location if you're looking for a beach front accommodation. We had two different rooms since there's no available room for two nights. 1st night at their Beach Front with Balcony and the 2nd night at their Loft Room with Ocean View. Both rooms are clean and with complete amenities. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Their Filipino (Tapa) Breakfast was superb with a great view while eating (very relaxing!). Zuzuni Boutique Hotel didn't disappoint us! From the transfer to hotel booking up to the transfer to the airport it was all smooth. The place was clean, comfy and worth the price. All the staffs were accommodating and friendly. And the breakfast from Muchos downstairs is tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this place for solo or couple travelers who wants to have a peaceful and relaxing stay in Boracay. Looking forward to go back again in the future! Thank you!

I travelled with my husband and we booked for a room with balcony. Value for Money - it won’t cost you the cheapest but it won’t cost you much either. In fact, you’ll get what you paid for without any hassle. Location is great! Beach front, few steps away from Starbucks and a little more steps to get to Dmall. *the only thing that’s buggin me, where in hotel doesn’t have control of, is that boats start to park by the beach at past 8am onwards. it could’ve been better if the business owners will petition no parking on their stretch. Cleanliness - first of all the hotel looks clean, especially the rooms even the TB and stuff. Staff clean the room daily too. Staff are very welcoming, kind and helpful. They don’t really do small talks but they are very accommodating and professional at the same time. Facilities may not be as perfect but I don’t mind since we had a nice room, gorgeous beach front view and good customer service. But just to manage your expectations, the hotel doesn’t have elevator nor swimming pool. Bonus Fact!! Zuzuni serves very good breakfast! Tapa is my favorite, it’s lit!

Very affordable, their breakfast is fullfilling! The room may be small but it's fine coz they really maximize the space and won't feel so crowded. Very clean and cozy, we felt so relax throughout our stay and all of their staffs are friendly. The location is so strategic is just a few minutes away from d'mall and near water activities. We'll stay here again once we get back on Boracay.

Place is very good, clean, has air purifier in the room, and staff are very nice too. They have their own resto which serves very yummy food and there's a mini convenience store. Location is near restaurants, actually just beside ARMY Navy, few steps away from Starbucks and D Mall. Overall, Very Sulit for it's price

Very helpful staff, beachview room with balcony , clean, everything was perfect. breakfast was also nice. Loads to do. Places close by include a Starbucks, Mc Donalds, food of all types Mexican, Filipino, so perfect location with very helpful stuff willing to adear to your needs, would recommend highly.

loved our stay, right in between the busy and quiet side of boracay, bed was double but extra long so it was comfortable enough, breakfast was ok, room was clean, modern and super cold. pictures doesnt do the place justice, was pleasantly surprised. cancelled my other resevation for july and booked this one again. thanks zuzuni!

We’re here last week for 5 nights. This was our 2nd stay at Zuzuni and this time we booked the beachfront view with balcony. The view from the balcony is amazing every morning! The food is also good. I love their bacon, bean, and egg platter. Also, very hospitable staff!!! I can only think of 2 cons - 1st, space for luggage is not that big. Then 2nd, it’s hard to get the right temperature for the shower (most of the time, water is very hot or very cold hehe)

I've been to boracay for about 4 or 5 times now and this is probably the best hotel I've been to. Location is perfect it's just in the middle of everything. They have the nicest staff. They can lend you beach towels since the beach is just seconds away. Free breakfast was also really really good. Very much worth my money and looking forward to booking again.

Stayed in the room without a window, which was actually quite nice so no light would wake us up. The place is quiet and the AC is great. They don't clean your room regularly (which they inform you about), but when we asked they cleaned and replaced the towels. The best thing about this hotel though is the free breakfast!! The omelette is sooo nice! When I asked the staff about a transfer to caticlan airport they tried to charge us 1400 pesos for 2 people. Do not do that. Get a tricycle to the port (flag one down on the main road), then purchase a boat ticket at the port and then get a tricycle to the airport from there. Altogether cost us 475 pesos for 2 people!

Location is perfect - not too far from the crowded part of the beach which is D'Mall but still has the peace and quiet of station 1. Staff are very accommodating. Room is very clean, simple but cozy.

ok...so no pool....not a big deal as it is located just in front of the beach. The room with loft bed is like having 2 rooms for the price of 1. breakfast for 3 included and they serve the best calamansi juice! not the bottled or concentrated kind but the honest to goodness freshly squeezed asim kilig type! basic toiletries as well as hairdryer and hot water kettle provided. They also let you borrow straw mats (banig) and beach towels for some quality lounging time at the beach . Food choices are plentiful around the area as well as D mall which is a 5 minute walk away. Truly enjoyed our stay!
