飯店的設計很美，但可惜我們換了兩間房間，第一間靠近浴室的地毯是濕的，廁所衛生紙像重新捲過，第二間房間充滿黴味，門把還壞了，直到第三間才是好的，如果ㄧ次到位就更好了

Excellent location (just down the street from the Vrijthof with its many bars, cafés and restaurants), clean, nice furnishings. I booked a small room with a double bed, and the only thing some travelers might like to be warned about is that it was SMALL: there was not even room for a chair. That was perfectly fine for me, however, since I didn't need to work in the room. There was place to sit on the balcony, however, which was a lovely place to enjoy a coffee from the in-room machine.

Central location ”
Very friendly staff, helpful and pleasant. When they told us we will get the room with extra large bathroom, we were almost start to dream a jacuzzi. But what a large bathroom is for? The bathroom doesn’t have a bathtub, big , empty, cold floor, no matt, not even a glass! And when you have such a large bathroom, where do you place the toilet? 20 cm towards the wall! So that she you sit on the toilet do your shit, your head is squeezed towards a cold wall, that is if you are a normal sized person ... large bathroom with no human touch.

Could be better”
We stay over in hotels frequently, so we know the drill. The reception could be more cordial. The rooms were heated up to 27 degrees since this is an older building and they need to heat up the rooms just in case it gets cold. But then the rooms are bloody hot and it's difficult to cool them down. Amazingly room 310 has an unprotected bathroom window, facing three stores down. Dangerous with young kids! Breakfast is okey but the replenishments are done much slower than the people eat, quite annoying. One coffee machine for all guests in the morning so a constant queue. It's a nice place but you never get the feeling of a true boutique hotel (f.i. no water bottles in the rooms when you arrive, no mini bar, the obvious and usual stuff).

Naja …”
Von außen ist es einladend, tolle Lage. Zimmer nach vorne laut, Zimmer klein ohne viel Einrichtung, kein Kleiderschrank, manche Zimmer haben keine zu öffnenden Fenster, Familienzimmer schrecklich- Kinderzimmer eine Abstellkammer. Zimmertausch auf billigeres Zimmer zwar möglich, aber keine Rückerstattung. Keine Kulanz!

Niet schoon”
De suite was niet schoon. In de kamer en achter de wastafel lagen stofwolkjes. Het nespressoapparaat zat helemaal vol cupjes van vorige gebruikers. Er is geen licht bij de wastafel of een andere spiegel om je te kunnen scheren. Ook geen plek om scheerspullen op te leggen. Ontbijt was prima. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede locatie nabij het centrum. Goede en goedkope parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt.

Voor de tweede keer geboekt. Het is een mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamers. Jammer genoeg kregen wij een kamer waarbij het bed net aan in de kamer paste. Met aan het voeteneind een doorgang van 20cm richting de badkamer was dit voor ons als fitte gasten te doen, maar ben je slecht ter been niet. Ik vind het persoonlijk schandalig dat je hier meer dan €200 voor durft te vragen. Nogmaals, de kamer was netjes alleen jammer dat hij voor de helft zo klein was en er eigenlijk geen 2 persoons bed in past..

Mooi hotel gelegen aan de rand van het centrum. Je loopt zo het leuke centrum in. Goed geslapen en een heerlijk ontbijt in de ochtend. Schoon zoals het hoort en erg vriendelijk personeel.

Mooi en goed hotel met een minpuntje”
Pluspunten - Ligging in het centrum - Leuk/hip opgeknapt - Leuke kamers - Koffie/Thee op de kamer (geen koelkast) - Goede airco - Vriendelijk personeel - Lekker ontbijt Minpunt: - Slechte/geen afzuiging in de badkamer. Hierdoor was de ochtend na het douche, de badkamer nog steeds vochtig en klam, ondanks dat wij niet lang douche. Hierdoor waren er ook een paar schimmelvlekjes op het plafond. - Water van de douche loopt niet goed weg. Het is een inloopdouche, maar het lijkt erop dat de vloer niet geheel strak afloopt waardoor er best wel wat water blijft liggen en de douche ook snel ‘overloopt’.

Locatie is top. Net aan de rand van het centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Alles in het hotel was verder dicht en het ontbijt was daarom in de kamer. Iets te hard gebakken croissants maar verder alles naar wens.
