The room wasn't clean, the bed is very close to the window, and window is impossibly dirty. The bathroom overflows the room. There is no lift though that isn't an issue.

Great stay”
We made a last minute decision to stay in Rotterdam for the weekend and this hotel just might have been the perfect find! It’s centrally located, walking distance to all the great bars, restaurants and the shopping center! Our room was stunning with a spectacular view as well. The staff were more than accommodating to all our needs and it was super cheap especially considering the high quality of the place! 10/10 would recommend to anyone !!

Everyone, who is minimalistic and does’t need something out of this planet will be thankful to choose this place. Don’t expect crazyness, but if you’re only here to sleep, it’s a right choice.

DO NOT STAY THIS HOTEL. TERRIBLE. ”
The sheets are dirty even with blood and the pillows are dirty too. There's no air conditioning. It's hot. When we asked why there was no air conditioning, the reception replied that they did not say they have air conditioning in Agoda. I asked the reception A/C is it not basic? SHE replied that you can choose not to stay. It is not hotel but hostel. High prices but not the same value, quality and service is really poor

Very luck-based”
Besides from being central, this hotel is definitely overrated and overpriced, far from any 2 or 3 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our bedroom had broken ventilation (which only works when it’s cold outside? Not sure about the purpose), broken hairdryer, broker shower door (we simply showered while watching the bathroom become a swamp) and some sketchy electricity outlets (One of our plugs was burnt). It was a hot summer day, and the hotel has no AC. So I wouldn’t recommend this during summer. Also, please be mindful that there is no elevator in this 4-floor building, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a heavy luggage.

Good stay ”
We were 3 and are spending 3 nights including a week end. Hôtel and staff are kind and very helpful. Room are enough spacious and very clean. You can not be more central to all the stuff (pubs, restaurants, tram station, etc…) But the counterpart is the noise during the night. The insonorisation is not good and the sound was really present during the night. If you are going to spend your time during night then it’s definitely the best place.

Great location right in the heart of the center, in a lively street full of cafe's and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the shopping center of Rotterdam. Friendly and helpful staff. Great if spending an night or two and need to be near everything. Modern bathroom and clean room. No breakfast.

I was able to book a bedroom at 7 pm when they already knew there a problem with the hot water. Cold shower at night in a freezing come room. I left at 5 am to warm myself up in my car since I could not sleep. Await siting on my hands for the mmanagement call me as I was te Immmmm.
