We were there for the winter fair and for a visit with a friend. Location wise it was perfect: my four year old son got to ice skate outdoors and go on all the fair rides. We had a delightful visit and great dinner with a friend at one of the many great Maastricht restaurants. We had a comfort room at the Residence across the street and the room was clean, modern but sparsely furnished. Shower only. Everything was however adequate for our needs. The location was perfect and I wished I had a bit more time for shopping since there were some nice shopping streets. In room wifi was slow and kept dropping signals but we were on holiday. The free minibar was a nice touch, and we loved the yummy breakfast. This was our first night in Maastricht but our second time at the winter fair.

Convenient business location”
My stay was good. it was very conveniently situated near my work colleagues, house, the place of work as well as the international rail station. The room was clean and well designed. The view was a street view. It was a quiet location. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. Thankyou. I would stay there again.

The hotel is the worst hotel you could ever go”
The hotel is very expensive, service is very bad, staff is unhelpful, unsafe, and you should take care of people opening your room any time in the day. Try to complain and you will not receive any response. most of the time the reception staff is hiding behind a wall and you have to call them. The myth is how on earth this hotel is classified as 4 stars, I would consider one star more than it deserves.

Stayed 2 days in this hotel for a business trip in Maastricht. It's easy to reach and close to both the train station and the old city center. The room is clean and nice, though not very big but is with common size in Europe.

generally friendly and comfortable except that a dirty towel was on the floor when we arrived and the chambermaid opened the door before check out time while we were in the room. breakfast close promptly at 10am.

Nous gardons un tres bon souvenir de notre séjour à l'hôtel BEAMONT qui fut trop court ( une seule nuit. Si nous retournons à MAASTRICHT nous irons plus que certainement dans cet hôtel

lekker eten, maar kleine kamers”
Het ontbijt was zeer goed en de service ook, maar de kamer was het geld niet waard. Wij moesten naar het bijgebouw en zaten op de derde verdieping (zonder lift). Omdat er slechts 1 sleutel per kamer is en de buitendeur daarmee geopend moet worden, kan je niet apart weggaan. De badkamer is slechts afgesloten door een schuifdeur die niet helemaal dicht kan en die inkijk geeft naar het toilet, wat toch behoorlijk vervelend is. Onze kamer was extreem warm en we hebben met de ventilator aan moeten slapen (buiten was het 16 graden). De krakende houten vloeren zijn niet leuk als je bovenbuur van 1 tot 2 's nachts door zijn kamer loopt. Onze kamer was klein en gaf zeker geen wow-effect, eerder alsof ze een poging hadden gedaan ze trendy te maken, maar dat het mislukt was.
