It was nice to see a clean restroom, & room. But the thing is, is that we found that the blanket ”
That we covered ourselves with had dried out blood stains on it. We were happy with the room but that blanket really put a big negative experience. Wanted to call and speak to management, but since the employees outside Smoking cigarettes on the hotel floor entrance, and they were like non greeting and told us this hotel is not a five star hotel with no door man. With a very un inviting voice. They kinda made fun of me asking if there was a valet. I did not know, it was my first time. As we left the building no one said by or even recognized us. No greeting as coming in and no one Farewelling us👎.
