best place to stay ”

pros everytime i spend holiday with my family in penang i will check in here . owner very kind staff friendly,helpful room clean near to kfc,macdonald,restaurant easy to find food near to night market batu feringgi near to beach just walk about 4@5 minute easy parking cons : NO everything good .

Just nice with the price”

For me and my friend We find it really convinced to stay here for short vacay. We also think that it is really worth it. Price is cheap service is nice. Plus the room exactly same as the picture. It is a budget hotel btw. So for us it is okay. No refrigerator.Lot of parking spaces. Food got kfc mcd and seven eleven.

Smelly smell”

the room is good enough as expected. But, yes, but, the bathroom is full with disgusting smell from the sewage and it fills your bedroom as well. Secondly, the smells from others' room is flowing into my room, cologne, cigarette all entered the room. I am not spending most of the time in the room, only night until morning and this is when other renters stay in the room as well. Now you are doing with OYO which I had worst experience ever. I believe you are not going to have further experience with them when you had experience of being informed the hotel is not available right on the day you are going to check in.

Strategic location. Near to uptown night batu feringgi. Many facilities. Nice budget for traveller

For a budget hotel i consider this room is great. Location, cleanliness and comfortable is good. Only thing please write the zen room name at the counter because in agoda the name is zen room.

Near to night market, near to food stall, fast food such as kfc mcd. All just need to walk. But confusing in name. If you booked it, you need to search “Feringghi stay inn” not “Zen rooms”

the hotel is in strategic place. near convenient store, restaurant, beach, bank, pasar malam, petrol pam. its all within walking distant. for budget hotel for me its nice with a clean toilet and functional tv

Good location”

5minutes from the beach, surrounded by locals & fastfood restaurant, room at the 3rd floor & Lift is provided, free parking at the basement, close to the night market, room is simple & comfortable for sleep.

Not a suitable place for family”

Good location for the price paid. But definitely a weird place to stay especially with family of young children. Feel awkward.

Nice location near the beach and night markets, though you may want to bring your ear plugs for sleeping. Friendly host, good value

Worry on safety. The glass wall is dangerous as people might easily broke it. The curtain is too thin as people can see from outside.

The location is both good (two minutes from the beach) but at the same time not (right above karaoke bars, so high sounds until late). The staff were lacy and prefered Looking at the Phone. One girl was helpful but the others were not. Had to tell them to turn off the Phone while talking and did not want to give the water that was included at 5 pm or toiletpaper "later, later". We had to ask for cleaning several Times. Even thought it was cheep, i would not stay there again.
