This place is very close to Gubeng train station and is totally central. For solo travelers, this place is a good place to stay. Cozy, good breakfast (what can you expect with just IDR 70k per nett?); Even though they should improve it. The staffs are friendly and the lobby is open 24/7. After all, this place is recommended. They only need to keep the toilets clean

Location given on Agoda is inaccurate. Driver couldn’t find the location and was left idling late at night around that area. They provide free towels but because I reached late at night about 12am there were no towels left and laundry will send new ones next day 7am. I’ve been traveling for 14 hours couldn’t take a shower. Staff was nonchalant about it. Didn’t even try to find or borrow one from nearby hotels or suggest place which I could get one. Next morning at 10am, still no towels because laundryman didn’t come. Toilet wasn’t clean with v old stain marks. Sleeping pods were new and clean but also filled with locals watching videos and chatting on the phone at 7am in the morning. There were no locks or electronic keys at each room. Lockers are only available at reception. What a pity. Great city location and Great new facilities but maintenance is poor and staff service is unpleasant. Breakfast is toast, coffee and tea.

Karyawannya ramah, nyaman banget. Kirain bakalan kepanasan, ternyata gak. Kamar dingin, toilet juga bersih. Buat santai di lobinya juga free cofee and tea. Lokasi deket dengan mall dan di pusat kota, gak jauh dr stasiun.

网上订和实际入住的名字不一样，花了些时间才找到。不过地理位置很好，在市中心里，也靠近gubeng火车站，周边也有商场。房间厕所也都很干净，只是厕所的设计，男女共用有点不方便。员工的服务也很好，会很仔细解释客人的疑问。
