Chalet is ideally suited for Ski-goers during season.
The place needs more than one toilet given it accomodates 6 adults (plus 2 children) in 3 rooms.

We liked the warm bedding, the fire and heatpump, high preasured shower and that there was heaps of towels, coffee tea and Milo, there was even books and games for kids, Also the heaters and electric blankets were a +
We don't think the table and the couch, is suitable for how many people can stay here tho not a huge deal Also the spa was verry unhygienic and dirty so kids were verry disappointed they couldn't use it, I did msg to let lady know but she never responded feel slightly ripped of

Good location, easy to get to mountain /town. Outdoor area if warm enough to use. Nice and quiet too.
Couldn't use dry room overnight. Couldn't damp down fireplace as it became too smokey. Random sock left on floor, bit of housekeeping needed. Walls not very insulated, can hear ALL toilet noises.

Cozy and Comfortable! Loved our stay and the awesome facilities, would 100% recommend”

The added facilities exceeded my expectations as well as the actual "house" which was both comfortable and cozy. The fireplace and electric blankets meant the cold winter weather was kept outside and in rooms without electric blankets a heater was provided which kept the room warm all night.
The one bedroom had electric blankets but they were broken and did not turn on, a heater wasn't provided in this room.

perfect get away”

the location was perfect, close to town but far enough away to not have light pollution. Fantastic for our family, great setup with everything we needed.
The power points didn’t seem to charge our phones like the ones at other places, and the four plugs did not seem to work

Lovely and cosy
I think a fire guard around the stove would be the only thing missing.my kids are not used of fires and my 8 year old put his hand down on it. Luckily didn't get badly burnt as was put in water for a while but still got 2 blisters

Super good price and nice spa, very warm with heatpump and a very nice fire place. Good amount of plates and mugs for a large group. We were the only guests so was very quiet.
property could be cleaner..the beds werent cleaned properly, could still see some random body hair on the bed, bunk bed were really wobbly, felt very unstable. The sofabed was hopeless..seems like was never cleaned.

Decent, value for money stay”

Great set up, nice and quiet, felt clean and good value for money. We were impressed with the various touches and would be happy to come back and stay again.
Tricky to work out which building it is, as directions aren't specific and no signage on the building itself. Complimentary tea and coffee station was missing most of the options, but as it wasn't expected in the first place wasn't a biggie. Spa was cleaned on the day we arrived, and was too cold to go in. Massive pile of rubbish/debris outside chalet, but it's the off season and maintenance is expected so again not a biggie, but kind of random. A very random thing that happened was finding a piece of firewood in one of the pillowcases on the bed. A previous guest may have put it there for some reason, but it meant the cases weren't changed between guests.
