The hotel is located in a very strategic location. You can go to every corner of Jakarta easily from the hotel. You can find so many street food vendors surrounding the hotel, including plenty of options you can choose from online-food delivery services. Meanwhile, the room itself is quite okay... I guess. I mean, the room is quite clean. I also get the best night view from the room.

The location is 5mins away from manggarai station and 10 mins from airport railink bni city station. I arrived early and i asked for early check-in, the front desk staff acommodated my request. The room was surprisingly spacious, clean and newly built. The wifi worked great. The hotel offers open sky cafe on the 9th floor for you to chill. I’ll defly come back. Thank you.

Good hotel that is quite new... Great staff who are attentive and polite... the room is set up nicely so feels bigger than it actually is... Bed is comfortable and linen are clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends... A few points to help improve the experience for guests... 1) I understand that most staff members are young... but Rap music during breakfast is not cool... In fact...Rap during the day at the reception is a bad idea too... 2) when bringing room service food... cover the dishes as the guests don't know where the tray of food has traveled through... 3) wifi internet is not great... my phone data is much faster... most travellers will expect better... 4) minor maintenance issues like broken dustins, marked desks, torn key holders and things like that reduces the feeling of quality and care customers will feel ... Overall, happy with my stay but the Wow factor could have been much higher ...

What a pleasant stay!”
Location was easy to find. From checking in to checking out experience was really pleasant for me. Staffs are really nice. Room was comfy and I loved the big TV! But one thing that bugged me was the shower was kinda loose so it was hard for me to use it. But overall, I had a very nice stay. Will prolly come back for another night.
