Staff performance so so.....”
So far I am enjoy during stay in Hotel Yasmin. The hotel environment and food are good but they need to improved their staff performance and productivity. For example, I request for early check-in thru Agoda.com, I been ask to wait until 12pm only can check-in. Their staff very slowly to process for check-in and check-out room. Overall are good and I will stay again in this hotel.

Quiet hotel in Karawaci”
It was a good short stay at Yasmin Hotel. The hotel was a 5-minute taxi ride away from the Karawaci mall where there are a lot of food places. I especially liked the modern Korean restaurant inside the mall (I forget the name). Taxis were accessible, and the hotel staff will gladly call you one. Internet was good enough, and I was able to access emails. Overall, my short stay was good, and I'll probably stay here again if I'm ever around Karawaci.

IT was a wonderful business trip stay at Yasmin. I was able to do my work efficient with the fast internet. Also the Breakfast have much varieties and friendly staff. I strongly recommend the Nasi Goreng campur for room service, it was delicious. No problem getting taxi, it is good well managed hotel.

The wifi are sooooo slow and keep cutting off. If you stay here for with kids or business trip who rely on WiFi, I am not recommended to stay here. Breakfast very basic local menu. Location is good, close to supermall Karawaci

Good budget option in Karawaci”
It was a decent stay. I was in the Karawaci area to visit my son who goes to UPH. It was a good budget option for us. The room is of a good size, wi-fi was strong, and there was cable tv. Our room didn't have breakfast, but it was okay as there was a mall about 5-7 minutes by taxi from hotel. The food in the hotel is okay but quite pricey for the ordinary quality. AT the time of our stay, there was a big event and the hotel corridors always had people milling around, talking loudly, which could be heard from inside our room. Other than that, it was a quiet stay.

My stay is good, the staff are friendly, fast check in and out and the environment are quiet but the walls between rooms somehow thin enough for us to hear the neighbor activity the occupancy is not high, in the middle of renovation but overall is good, and the bed is awesome comfortable I recommend this hotel

I m stay for my medical trip to siloam hospital. Place are quite, nice hotel, clean room and friendly staff. The poor thing is no standby taxi at the hotel. We have to make a call to taxi and is going to expensive for to go even to nearest place.

It was short but enjoyable. The price was great--it's still he soft opening, so the spa and fitness room were not open, but they have a decent restaurant and a nice pool. Taxis park outside, so transportation is easy.

Pros and cons ”
place is remote, hard to locate, no shop nearby , eating in hotel is expensive, 80k-90k for food where you easily get better food from super mal karawaci, but it is 2.5km away, bed and price are okay, other than that is not recommended and especially if you can't speak local language.

Best and budget hotel in that area”
Good hotel for the price. Need to improve on wifi as I was staying the last room and I can't ready get the signal properly. The breakfast is local style. Only sliced bread is provided. I hope they can provide Cornflake to the menu which I don't it cost anything more expensive.

it was a new hotel, we went in a day before its soft opening, no complain for its soft opening hotel rate. Locatrion wise, it is a bit out of town, ,Make sure you make a turn when you see the hospital, otherwise it would be a long tour of the town to go to the hotel.
