Amazing, Spacious, and a Fun Hotel!”
We booked on easter and they had a little event on the top floor, which was amazing! I think that there is nothing I'd like to have more in terms of service as they were all out and we had an amazing time. I extremely would recommend this for larger groups with only few people staying the night as you can host guests in the living area without looking like sardines. The air-condition to the unit might be something I wasn't able to configure but it felt much cooler in the shared space than in the bedrooms, but overall, top-notch spacious serviced residences that I would recommend!

Bang for buck!”
I always enjoy staying at Y2 Residences..we used to have a corporate account with them until the pandemic happened. But when staycation's have been reapproved for locals, I immediately grabbed my chance to do so. The room's extra roomy; my view was superb; staff are all courteous & accommodating. The best thing was that they are fairly (and strictly) implementing a separate area for quarantined and staycationed guests. Extended safety measures such as this is very much appreciated.

Stayed for quarantine ”
I stayed here for 6 days of required quarantine. I arrived early around 8-9 AM and check in was at 3pm. They let me check in early for an extra fee at a reasonable price. The room was clean and a lot bigger than I expected. The bed and pillows were comfortable. My booking included 3 meals a day, and the food was okay, no complaints. They did have a restaurant, you can order extra food from. Air conditioner worked well. Internet was spotty at times but worked 95% of the time. Best part was there was a balcony you can step outside and get some fresh air and my room had a pretty good view of the city. Being used for quarantine , I couldn't get the full service but everyone I spoke with were polite. I will book here again if needed.

WHAT A STAY!”
We stayed for 3d2n here at Y2. We're expecting a studio room (bedroom with kitchennete beside) but what they gave us is a 1-bedroom room at the 20th floor (just below the Penthouse) with a nice view of Makati-Mandaluyong. The view at night was so calming, watching the cars and the citylights. One thing I suggest is to have a rice cooker tho they have pans and mini cauldron. Its nice also that the pool needs to be booked to limit the guests. The view also is nice coz its located at the rooftop. What I really liked abt Y2 is their staff. I forgot my Jacket hanging in the closet, we already checked out and alreayd made it home. I realized it 2 hrs after the checkout. I immediately called the hotel and emailed them. Im so happy that one staff responded to my email and said that they will look into it. So a friend of mine picked it up and they lended the jacket to him. Im so happy that they retuned it. All the staffs are friendly and approchable. Kudos!

Very helpful staff and big nice room”
We booked 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets with a kitchenette. The space is big with a balcony in each room. Amazing view! We were able to use the pool all by ourselves. The staff are very respectful and nice - always smiling and greeting you.

The view is spectacular. The room is not as big as I expected but nevertheless, it is worth the bucks. And the view from the top floor is breathtaking. highly recommended. Oh and the guy and reception, he needs to be promoted. He is on point.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room is clean and it has this contempory style which I like. It also has balcony. Swimming pool and roof top is good but swimming pool is kinda small. The only negative I hav to say is the walls are thin you can hear from the inside when someone is in the hallway. But overall we enjoyed our stay in welcoming year 2019.

Pros - Afforable, spacious, clean! Con - The only thing that I can think of is that you can't be too loud as the noise will be heard outside, and might be heard by other guests in their rooms.
