Five Star Hotel Located in Surabaya's Heart”
It was nice staying at Wyndham Hotel Surabaya as the room was big around 46 m2 and luxury. It has bath-thub and b8g bathroom. The location was great, u could walk to Tunjungan Plaza only takes 7 minutes. However, for 5 stars like that, the facility is abit broken as it was Pullman Hotel previously. The pool is too small and i think lacking of menu. But if you had short time for business to Surabaya and need hotel close to Tunjungan Plaza or City Heart, thia hotel will ne recommended.

I got a very deal price from Agoda and wrongly if I didn’t choose this hotel. Got a very good price with breakfast and a room clean and huge room and bathroom. I like this hotel much for location and hotel itself. Variety of food in Breakfast also. One thing from me...please renew for towel because the color was changed. Amazing Staffs”
A five star hotel is basically not just the number of rooms and the high end facilities provided for guests. The most important is the the personal touch provided by the amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. Not many 5 star hotels offer this and focus on making money only. What i experienced at Wyndham Surabaya was the capability and the excellent service rendered by the staffs. I would say, they went the extra mile to make my stay a pleasant one!

Our favorite hotel in Surabaya”
Wyndham is our hotel of choice when we go to Surabaya. Its proximity to Tunjungan Plaza, the biggest mall in Surabaya, is one of the reason. But also the size of the room, which is bigger than most hotel rooms, and the comfortable beds.

Perfect Location, Big Room”
During my trip here, I didn't know that it was located just near the Tunjungan Plaza. It's quite far to walk from the train station but worth the price. Indomaret point to buy some coffee and snacks is also available near the hotel. Swimming pool was clean, the room was also very big and clean. The staffs were helpful also. Will comeback here again when visiting Surabaya (if I have extra money).

Nice room but...”
I booked deluxe king & too bad there's no non smoking room, that made me must book the smoking one. The room is big, the air vent is great, everything almost perfect, but since it's a smoking room, the room still left with cigarette's smell. I try to ask at the front desk to change me room into non smoking, but they already prepare the room, including gave us complimentary praline which is so great. For the bath tub, when my son use it, there's some black particles that need to be wash 1st. The breakfast is good, many kind of range, from Asian to Western, from sausage to dim sum. I will be back again for sure if I visit Surabaya again, but make sure to have a non smoking room next time 😊

Staff did a Great Job”
I went to Surabaya for my best friend's wedding. Flight was a bit early, that I arrived hotel before check-in time. Appreciation goes to Arif & Shinta at the check-in table. They were Friendly and Hospitable, Arif willing to check weather there is a room available for check-in or not, meanwhile Shinta gave me suggestion to go here and there. Location was great. Room was good. Unfortunately, two of the securities at the outside gate of Jl. Basuki Rahmat on Sunday, 29 July 2018, they didn't do their job properly. At that time, I was going to walk out and they're playing with each other, didn't greet the guest, then just asked me to walk passed the gate by bowed below the gate. I mean, I expect this happen if I stay in budget hotel, not Wyndham. Wyndham management might have to do a disciplined approach through those two securities. Meanwhile, other security on another time did a great job.

Spacious Executive Room with great Service”
Booked Executive King and it came with access to executive lounge at lvl 25. you may have a peace braekfast , afternoon tea or even dinner at executive lounge in peace. The staff there is very attentive and friendly and special thanks to Ms. Frida (excutive lounge's staff) who helped me in a couple of recommendation of local delights. The room is huge and the king sized bed was comfortable too. Location wise, it is close by to Tunjungan Plaza, which is the larges shipping complex in Surabaya, walking distance, 10 mins.

i was hesitate to book the hotel in several opportunities back in the past, the reason was simply because it’s in the right side which possibly hard to find a cab. i was wrong! the place is perfect due to location and money. right side wasn’t an issue as there’s a cab standby nearby. recommended to stay in as this located in oldtown of surabaya (central area)

Clean, comfy and well-kept business-class hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location with the huge Plaza Tunjungan a stone’s throw away. Easily accessible from the major railway stations around Surabaya and just 30 minutes from the airport. Will definitely return to this hotel!

Good Value in Good Location”
The hotel eoom is quite spacious for the price, the facilites in what you will expect from 5 Wyndham. HOwever there was problem when I checked in regarding the bed type, they give us 2 singles when I already requested for 1 King Bed but they fix that so everything is good. Nice business-oriented hotel in the center of the city. Close to big malls, like Tunjungan Plaza, for good shopping and food court dining. Hotel restaurant was expensive, even for a big city. Nice pool, not crowded, with good views of the city. Rooms are very spacious and clean.
