Exceptional”

This was our third stay at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista at Disney Springs. We love this hotel because it is 100 yards from Disney Springs, you don’t need to rent a car and shuttle service to all the parks is free.

Exceptional”

Great location. Literally steps to Disney Springs. Just out to main road and up the bridge and your there. Only stayed for one night, was not bad. I would say the room is pretty clean. The only issue I was not impressed was someone who I think could be a supervisor walked over to the Disney booking desk. Gave attitude to my daughter not to dirty the area ( she was just holding her candy in her hand) besides the female individual. I’d go back.

Great hotel for Disney Orlando visit”

This is a good hotel for a short stay. You can literally walk across one street to downtown Disney, which is a fun way to spend your first evening after check in. It's an older hotel but the price is good. Note that the Agoda price does NOT include a $16/day resort fee which covers parking, wifi and shuttles to the Disney Parks.

Great room for the price and location !”

Very friendly staff that helped make our stay enjoyable. Nice pool area and literally right next door to Disney Springs. Quicker to walk to Disney Springs than to load up kids in van and drive.

Very nice hotel, renovated and clean. Staff was polite. The location is perfect. Right next to Disney Springs. Will stay there again.

one of the best you can get at disney it provides shuttle services all disney parks , downtown disney and outlet mall they even have a pool but i doubt many people use it, c'mon you're in disney!!! shuttle service to disney parks are fab, it comes every half an hour and in accordance to the park's operating hours so no worries if you're gonna stay till midnight on a saturday! more can be done regarding the cleanliness, bed sheet was a little dirty..

Great location”

The hotel is located just next to the Disney downtown and is within 5 minutes walk. Free shuttle bus to Disney theme parks is available every 30 minutes. No shuttle bus is available to the nearby Orlando premium outlet. Hotel is a little bit old but clean. Toothbrush is not provided in the room. Hotel services is very slow if you call from room.

Great location - if a little noisy”

Generally good value for money although found it a little noisy at times. Rooms were well presented if a little outdated but perfectly OK to sleep in. Great location within an easy 5 min walk of Downtown Disney. I would use this hotel again, if only for its great location and relatively low room rates.

Amazing location just across the street from Disney springs and a 10min drive to Magic Kingdom!

You get what you pay for”

Lovely pool area. Close walk to Disney springs, easy walk. Terrible beds. The box spring in our room was broken making for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Asked at the desk to change rooms and was told no due to Covid. Asked if we could break our reservations and was told we could leave but no money back due to third party booking

Good location and decent hotel”

Great location and a short walk to Disney Springs. Room is decent sized and beds are comfortable.

Outside room- NOT SHOWN ON HOTEL SITE ”

Cons: - Not at all as pictures show! - Outside door to parking lot but couldn't park in front of our room - Bathroom was very dated! - Don't recommend to anyone over 6ft, ceiling are low, room felt cramped - I thought I was getting a great deal here, but for the room we had, it was overpriced! Pros: - Location (3min walk to Disney Springs) - Buses to Disney (Save $22-25/day on parking at parks) - Cheaper resort fee (Now I understand why)

The hotel is clean, staffs are friendly and nice but the equipments of the bathroom does not work very well, water is sometimes too hot and too cold. I did not feel comfortable when I stayed in the room. Anyway, the hotel is very close to Disney springs, restaurants

Pros: Location and cleanliness. We also left my 7 year olds stuffed animal behind. They have a great system to collect left items and ship them back to you. Cons: I don’t like having to pay an extra $15 for parking and $30 for a resort fee. I know most hotels in the area do this, but I find it annoying. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

Good location, good hotel, mediocre service”

This was my first time to stay at this hotel and I chose it solely on price and location. It looked like a decent place to stay for our Disney vacation. The rooms were of good size and the beds were comfortable. Nothing bad to say about the rooms. Now here's where this hotel falls short. Customer service! Now, I'm not demanding in any way whatsoever and I'm easy to please. However the service people at this hotel rubbed me the wrong way every single time. I used the coffee shop in the lobby everyday for my morning tea. During my week long stay, not one person said hello, good morning or thank you. I swear I felt like I was the one working. EVery morning I would say hello, good morning, how are you? They were basically indifferent, bored and seemed like they didn't want to be there. By the third day, I decided it was easier to just go along and frown as I orded my teas. The clerk in the gift shop was also always in a bad mood. Or tired. Or both. It almost felt uncomfortable asking her to ring me up because she was either too busy talking to her friend about her husband or co-worker, or just didn't want to be there. What's with this place. Is it such a bad place to work? I felt that they could at least try to fake a smile. Is that so hard these days? Oh well.

Pros Right across Disney springs after crossing highway Cons $20 a day parking fee $25 a day hotel fee no matter how you book it even though internet sites. So $45 a day extra

Great home base for House of Blues Show”

A friend and I stayed here for 1 night for a show at the nearby House of Blues. There is a shuttle to the venue area. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff was nice.

Regal Sun”

We really liked the location of this hotel. The pool and hot tub are excellent. The shuttles to Disney were great and if you missed one you could walk a block to downtown Disney and catch a shuttle there. The area of the hotel where our rooms were was a little run down but it was clean.
