Broken screen on glass door, filthy glass on glass door . Unacceptable for a beachfront. Signed up for an ocean view. On the first floor all you see is a dune. What did I like ? The place was clean at least.k

great family vacation spot, just update the pullout couch and the bed for better comfort.”

couldn’t beat the location. loved the fact that we had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer- dryer came in handy for wet beach towels, and shower towels.
pull out couch was horrendous- needs updating. bed needs updating.

Location--direct access to beach was perfect for our family.
First impression as we entered was that the facility had a damp smell. Bathroom heater was rusted which gave the room an impression of not being clean. We were puzzled that the wall art was positioned at strange places. Please take these comments as suggestions for improvement for we enjoyed our time at your facility and thank you for making it available to us.

We will never rent this unit again. It wasn’t worth the money that we paid.”

We were finally able to sleep after scrubbing the filthy air conditioners. Dirty filters, black mold.
Filthy, unkept property. Broken TV remote, torn screen door, slats damaged on sliding door blinds, toilet tank not secure to the toilet, musty smelling vacuum cleaner, ( had to change the bag-clean it) black mold, and dirty filters in air conditioners.( We cleaned them)

I liked the location, it wasn't on the boardwalk but close by direct beach access, you could sit on your balcony and watch the ocean and then when you leave the apartment you have a bay view. Check in and out was simple, no key cards so no worries of losing it and it was quiet unlike the husstle and bustle around hotels (granted we also went in off season). The apartment itself was also spacious without being unnecessarily large. *also the parking was probably the best parking set up I've had while staying in OCMD*
I was a bit confused as the booking information states information in regards to present photo ID, credit card, etc upon check in however there was no actual check in or any staff on location when we first arrived with the exception of a maintenance man who thankfully explained to us the email with all the info served as our check in, he walked with us to the room and helped us to open the door as well. I pretty directly messaged via booking.com asking if that was really all there was to it but had no response I later tried calling the number provided here and had again, no answer (I remained on hold over 10 minutes) so I tried calling a number provided in the room but again was left unanswered and on hold over 10 minutes before giving up on the call. That is really my only complaint.
