One of the best hotel in HCM”

I must say this is one of the best hotel in HCM, really enjoyed my stays here with my gf for 3 nights. The room was very clean and the location also very strategic, only 200m to Ben Thanh Market. For sure, I will stay again in the future. Thanks Henry and Winsuites team!

Good price, great location in District 1, just a stone throw to Mcdonald, shopping mall, etc. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly

Awesome Room ”

I did not expect that the room was that good. I don’t make review but only for this one because I was so impressed with the room at a bargain price. I recommend that you guys try this hotel... awesome!!!

This hotel is the most expensive during my Ho Chi Minh trip and it not values as what I pay. Firstly room didn’t come with bath tub, breakfast is not delicious and the pool and gym is too small. This hotel no steam no sauna, pool is a white color plastic platform, the money is pay for the good view at rooftop only. 3 star facility only, not as picture don’t try and u will regret. Anyway the room toilet is good, even bed is big because they mix twin bed together as king, I sleep not comfortable as it gave a hole between it.

We arrived the hotel before noon, and the receptionist let us check-in and arranged us a free upgrade to a bigger room! Room is spacious and clean. We had a good night sleep as the room is very quiet. Breakfast is not bad, offered some Vietnamese dishes. Pool is small, but the rooftop is very quiet. Good place to enjoy the night view and breath some fresh air. Staffs are friendly and always willing to help. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely hotel with a helpful staff. It is a great location as everything is within walking distance. Nice rooftop pool and bar area to sit and enjoy a cocktail with an amazing view of the city.

Cons, gym is just 3 devices, swimming pool a bit small. No ramp at the hotel entrance. Pros, tasty breakfast, polite and attentive service. Spacious room and bathroom.

Room detsils on Agoda interface should reflect reality”

I booked a deluxe room and ticked the option of twin beds. However, I was informed there is only double bed for the room I booked. Customers should have known it before confirming booking.

Small windowless room”

They put very clear that every booked room will entitled free early check-in & late check-out but upon arrival, i was told it's subject to availability. It was around midnight so i didnot want to argue with the night FO agent but do reminded him to put a similar note onto the ad. There were only 2 things i liked about this hotel: the comfy bed plus the service-minded & attentive bellman on the night shift i checked-in. Ignore the rest for the best.

Flawed room design ”

We booked their second highest category (I guess) - Park Suite, for 2 nights. The main reason for us to do so was to have a room with window. Whereas the room itself was ok, it’s design is highly highly impractical. Had a large open concept washroom with no doors. Although that’s probably ok for honeymooning couples etc, not so idle for families with kids. We had to play around with the shades everytime I or my wife had to use the washroom. Bathroom glass door was hinged whereas toilet door was sliding type. Shades were inside the glass doors, and there were no hooks etc to hang our clothes. So on one hand we couldn’t take our clothes inside, and on the other could not come out and change since there were no secondary doors!!! Everytime we had to tell our son to look the other way when we changed! Limited breakfast options and refills took ages. Extremely limited English TV channels (max 1 or 2). No Tea sachets or creamer provided. Staff was helpful.
