Very satisfied with their service, been there in 2018 for a workshop and back here for my wedding with all of my family member. So much thanks for all the staffs, surely back here in the future when I visit Jambi again. Got some good commentary and experiences from my family member as well and overall they are satisfied. Strong points: -Location -Breakfast Menu -View (Gentala arasy bridge, icon of Jambi) -Location (near the city center, govt office, mall, landmark etc. -Facilities Cons: -Old style room -Some of the corner needs to be repaired due to stain.

My room has no view”
The hotel is superb in location. very strategic. It's ease to find food, traditional, western, fast food or japanese. With the riverside view, this hotel is very romantic. However my room has no view even there is a window. So I have to turn the lap on all day long. There is soap and shampoo at Bath room But I will back to this hotel on my next trip.

Willtop is very comfortable as my 2nd home everytime I need to stay in Jambi. The location is very strategic and accessable to WTC Mall make it easier everything. The breakfast is good and the price also worth it. But if television could be provided with NetFlix or Disney Hot Star it could be more excellent I think😁
