Nice Central Stay”
I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin.

Good location in the centre of Pekanbaru”
My family stayed there for four days at Whiz Hotel Sudirman Pekanbaru. There rooms were reasonably clean, although there were some smells that could not dissapear even after we sprayed room freshner. The beds, towels were reasonably clean. There was good wifi connection. the staff were reasonably helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is strategically located in the main street, so it is very easy to get to places in Pekanbaru. Overall, we had good value for money.

Toilet Cleanliness”
Best location downtown. Room is ok, but less of facilities. Only got 2 mineral waters, no tea, sugar, or kettle. Hairdryer by request. Slow response for the service. Stayed here for 5 days but everyday I had to ask them to bring mineral waters. Not very comfortable in the room bcs the door is placed right in front of the bed, so it's kinda noisy. For me, the toilet isn't clean as I expected. There's yellow stain in the toilet, wastafel isn't very clean for a hotel downtown. And the towel, oh it's just kinda gross I had to buy towel. Very small elevator and lobby room. -Tidak suka design kamar yg pintunya tepat di depan tempat tidur, mengganggu dan berisik. Tapi tempat tidur cukup nyaman. -Hanya disediakan dua botol air, tidak ada ketel,teh,gula. Hairdryer disediakan jika diminta. -Pelayanan agak lambat walaupun housekeeping cukup ramah. -Kebersihan toilet harusnya menjadi yg terpenting, tapi toiletnya agak kotor. Banyak noda kekuningan dan handuknya sangat kasar. Wangi, tapi masih terlihat bernoda. Pintu WC tidak ada gagang, jadi tidak bisa ditutup sepenuhnya dari luar. I give 6 out of 10.

The breakfast too simple, and the taste not good, too salty. Not interesting at all. The fried rice dont have eggs. And the taste is plain, the fried noddle also plain. The lontong too salty almost cant eat it!! In bed room has no sandals. Coffee, tea and heater also no available in bed room.! But this hotel very strategic. If stay here better without breakfast.
