Room wasn’t the cleanest ”

We were upgraded to a two bedroom villa due to the one we reserved hadn’t been cleaned properly. Well this one didn’t appear to be cleaned properly either. The common areas were clean and neat, but down the front of the cabinets, the doors, the fridge handle were all filthy. You could just tell whoever cleaned this room the last several times did not take their time. I had to use Lysol wipes that I had with me to wipe things down. The porch area wasn’t usable either unless we wanted to wipe it down and sweep as well. I opened a closed by the living room and there were 3 bugs that tried to come running out!! Other then that, the beds and sheets and bathrooms appeared to be clean. My fiancé and I were only staying one night or else we probably would have said something to the front office staff.

The hotel have good activities for kids, but the mattress was very hard and a good sleep is necessary. Customer service is always right, I also request a fist floor and they say they did have any and their was a lots of rooms empty. I did my check out 1 day before. I being in so many hotels and villas and so far this one will be in the list🚫

I think they should have housekeeping. If we have to pay a resort fee why not have housekeeping even if it’s only for a 2 day stay.

when we arrived the line to ck in was super long cause all they try to do is sell a resort to you. when we got to room not what shows on line those rooms are for people that bought a resort everything is for people that bought into resort,

Lots of activities on property that my family in the kids enjoyed the cons a little farther away for other activities

management and employees are rude The room wasn't fully cleaned, children cards were left behind from previous stay..housekeeping didn't clean good. The rooms had a bad smell. utilities are old. Cracks on ceiling, furniture, and refrigerator kept turning off and on

Loved it - only complaint is the water park wasnt heated. All the other pools were except the water park. I would stay again

Water wouldn’t go down the drain in shower, oven was dirty, and all the way in the back with no balcony or place to sit was awful

Overall we enjoyed the stay everything was clean and close by, it’s a little out dated but ok for the price.. The staff at the reception center weren’t the nicest or welcoming.

The whole shebang ”

This was our first time staying at a Westgate Resort and we were far from disappointed. We only stayed one night and didn't get to enjoy all the amenities that they offer

No hot water”

Whe we first arrived our room did not have any towels, soap, shampoo or conditioner. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper to share between 2 bathrooms. We never received our welcome text message so we could contact the front desk. Our phone did not work to contact anyone. Wifi service is horrible and most importantly they put us in a building that they knew already the day before was having problems with not having hot water. We did not know there was no hot water until we spent the afternoon at the pool and got back and could not shower. We were told at 7pm someone would be by in 15 to 30 minutes to check on it and no one came. I went to the front and stood in line for the complaint department for over an hour, they called and I was told someone is on the way immediately. 40 minutes later maintenance finally came but it was to fix our remote control for the TV, which was working fine. I had to go back up front and there were 2 other guest from the same building on different floors there to complain about the same issue, thats when I was told it's a known issue that they have been working on since the day before. They said it should be fixed within a couple hours.. That would put us at 11pm at night. Finally I insisted on being moved to another building. We had to pack up all our stuff at 10:30 pm to move.. They first tried to make it better by comping me 2 free pizza vouchers, no thank you I don't need pizza I need a room for my family with hot water. I would not recommend this Resort nor will I ever go back.
