basic hotel, we had a 2 bedroom suite complete with lounge/dinning and basic kitchen and for its price it was good valve as it included a basic breakfast it was a little noisy at night from passing traffic would stay again if we need to be on that side of phoenix

We stayed in a room with two queen bed’s and one of the beds caved and in the middle severely and was hard as a rock on the sides. Very uncomfortable. There was a ton of grout missing on the bathroom floor and so the tiles moved around and pinched your feet. they definitely need to do some repairs. Now breakfast, fitness room was horrible. Only old elliptical was working. Asked front desk for the quiet side of the building when checked in and got a room facing truck parking lot where we can hear trucks parking at night. I would go back for the price we paid but if I can I would prefer something better.

Would like to have vending machines for more than just pop and water (maybe I just didn't look hard enough?) Something for breakfast other than coffee or tea would be a nice addition.

Housekeeping was satisfactory, breakfast not very appetizing

I recommend Baymont hotel preferably for the price,and great bed were better than other chains to be comparabl for the same price to close to I-10 to take out right away

I love the fact that this hotel is right off the freeway. Easy to get to (except the traffic). And easy to get home. Was here for medical reasons and will return in 2 months.

Really isn't that great. Sketchy people and the tv didn't work. But we needed a place to sleep and they had a bed. Also we were able to have our dog!

Dirty room. Only one towel per room for multiple people. Toilet clogs every time it is used and you have to plunge it each time. Power washers cleaning early in the morning hitting the doors and windows. Miserable experience.
