A great experience”

Fantastic location a stone's throw from Champs-Elysees. You can even walk to the Eiffel Tower if you're up for it. Metro stations are also nearby, as is the monument to Princess Diana. The staff are polite, helpful and very good-humoured, which is quite rare to see in a big-city hotel nowadays. the rooms are beautifully decorated, almost like a chic apartment. Make sure you order your breakfast to be brought to your room (fill out the form before 5am and hang in on the door) - it will probably arrive 10-15 minutes late, but you really don't want to eat in the "broom closet" downstairs with 20 other people (to be fair, Parisian cafes and restaurants don't provide a whole lot more space, either, but the first impression of the breakfast area is not good). Excellent WiFi. A small supermarket nearby. We had no view, which for a deluxe room would have been nice, but this is a low-rise building anyway.

Exceptional”

We had a wonderful stay at West End, we had a Deluxe room which was huge with coffee and tea facilities . I mentioned we where staying in Paris for my birthday so there was a box of chocolates from Angelinas and a lovely card . Close to many eatery and the Metro , lovely quiet part of Paris .

Good hotel in the 8th, a solid value....”

Nice, newly renovated hotel near the Champs. Solid value for the money. Good bistros and brasseries nearby. Compact room, but ample for Paris standards. Nice modern meets classic vibe throughout. Breakfast included with good coffee available thanks to their Nespresso machine.

Charming Hotel”

The hotel is in walking distance of the Champs Elysee with several bistros in the neighborhood. Easy to walk to the Arc de Triumph and take the metro from there (about 7min walking). Hotel has a very french charm and having breakfast in the room is a great way to start. Rooms are very small and certainly it has see better days, but it is still a pretty good deal and much better than staying in one of the 5 star hotels you find anywhere in the world.

nice location and unique hotel room ”

My stay is ok during staying at west end hotel. If I give score, it would be 8 of 10. I love all about this hotel except the design which is classic European style. I am not so comfortable with the design and it is very personal orientation. The other dislike is the lift. Very small and old style, and we have to lift our baggage go up some stairs in order to get into the lift. The breakfast is very Ok.

Great boutique hotel”

This is the epitome of a small French boutique hotel. Rooms are charming, bathroom nice & typical size of European hotels. But what makes it are the small touches: a lovely lounge where you self serve your own drinks, great staff well versed in English and a great location near the Champs Élysées and many great bistros & restaurants. Highly recommended.

Great location!”

When we walked into the hotel, we are pretty surprise by the condition of the hotel. Everything looks new and inviting. The staff there were excellent, polite and able to communicate in english. We were shown to our room which has a balcony. It is great because my girlfriend and i had our breakfast there every morning and wine with deserts in the evening in privacy while still get to enjoy the paris atomsphere.

This hotel is fantastic”

The location is perfect. One direction the champs eleyes the other the louve and notre dame. The rooms were clean and updated and the breakfast was enough to start your day, especially the croissants.

Best staff”

Great location-shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful marble floors in the bathroom, roomy enough for luggage +, breakfast delivered to our room was fantastic! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Will stay here every time in Paris!

Everything except...”

Everything was great and the employees were all wonderful except for a guy named Carlos at the front desk. Rooms are way too small (something that you might expect in Paris) but the location is worth it. Bad experience booking thru Agoda, as it was impossible to contact them for a problem we had when we checked inn.

A wonderful stay in Paris!”

My room (103) was very nice and comfortable, though a bit noisy from trash pickups and occasional traffic outside. I also had a hard time with the lighting buttons, which seemed overly complicated. Anander was a first rate bellhop, concierge, and restaurant attendant--he does it all and is certainly an asset to the hotel! I'd definitely return to that lovely hotel.

Decent Hotel”

First time to Paris, found a reasonable price hotel on Agoda. The location is nice which closes to main street. Internal is clean and nice attitude from hotel staffs.

Beautiful Hotel”

Love this hotel! Very close to all shops, restaurants and pharmacies! and even so, it is very quiet. The room is small but beautiful. we had the room with balcony, wanted to eat outside but i think it was BEE season. haha. we have a glimpse of the eiffel tower which is cool. Breakfast is good also! You have the option to go down the main area or have it delivered to your room! would love to come back here. :)

Central with the right touch of Parisian chic”

We found the hotel by chance on Agoda and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were just a perfect size and the bathroom was also ideal. Rooms were decorated in a very Parisian-chic way and the beds were large and super comfortable. The only downfall would be the breakfast room as it's tiny, however guests do have the option to dine in the parlour by reception as well. Last but not least, a big thanks to the staff who made our stay so lovely.

The hotel locatiin is strategic”

The hotel location is strategic, close metro rail and shoping centre.Many restaurant around the hotel. We were given an upgrade to a room with a classic interior rooms.

the location is perfect, nice room”

the location is very good, close to the heard of paris, you could reach most site in 3-4 metro stop. room is not big but cozy. service is good but place for breakfast is very small.

Great hotel with superb location”

Hotel was what I expected it to be. Super location, classy without being pretentious, nice and friendly staff, very nicely decorated and elegant. We had a lovely room and very spacious. But I cannot speak about the other rooms in general. We did not have a nice view and if we opened the windows we could hear the machinery working, that was annoying. Breakfast was nice, but room for eating was really small/tiny and if you wanted eggs, they were extra (5 Euros/order) even though we had breakfast included in our room rate - stingy!

Exceptional”

The location is great - very close to shops and restaurant. Room is a little bit small, but it's very clean and neat. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is really good also - its restaurant is quite small and may be too crowd if you come down at the peak time but then they have an option to have breakfast in your room - so why not?
