I hope the owners of unit 17B are aware of the service they are paying for- and aren’t getting!”

Unit 17B was FILTHY. Looked like the floor was never cleaned. No linens in second bedroom. Housekeeping kept telling us someone would be there - nothing happened. Every day we left the unit with ALL our belongings so it could be cleaned. Eventually we left a day earlier than planned.

The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. The staff polite and friendly. I don't like having only one gate pass, very frustrating when you have a group and everyone coming and going at different times.
The room was not as clean as it should have been the floor was dirty it had been swept but not mopped. The rugs and mats were dirty, they needed to be cleaned and the carpet needed to be cleaned. The extra linen in the closet was was halfway folded and shoved on the shelf Some had even fallen on the floor, There were no top sheets on the beds in the 2nd bedroom.
