Great place !”
A very nice hotel. Location and swimming pool are wonderful. At the time we went, just after Covid, we were the only customers. Staff doesn’t speak English at that time but tried their best to help. It is right next to the river, and we just loved our stay. The restaurant just next door is excellent and the view stunning! I really recommend this place.

It is not worth the money。First，the room which I stayed is too simple；Second，the bed can move，it is very uncomfortable； Third，the water in bathroom is too cold to bath，that is feeling not so good

COVID ”
Due to COVID situation there are only few customers, and empty hotel make difficult to provide good service. I understand. But once you are open, must provide decent service. Receptionist don't know how to check in, cleaned room ( toilet with full of ant), Breakfast can't start serve at 08:00am. I couldn't wait to have my coffee.

The location is pretty good. Staff is friendly but not that helpful. They tell us they can take us to bus terminal the next day, only to find out there is no available driver the next day. In the evening there is no-one at the reception. If there were to happen anything there is no-one to contact at all. For the price way pay its better to go somewhere else. Also we were basically the only people at the hotel so its very funny to see agoda saying “ last available room”. Haha

Not Worth Your Money”
I booked their best room, the Sweet Room. It had no bedside tables, and no intercom access to reception. You had to walk down a quite steep set of stairs to reach reception. Bed and bathroom were fine. No balcony table and chairs to take in the river views. All in all, a proper disappointment.

Pros - location was near the river Kwai bridge - staff was friendly Cons - no basic hotels facilities (room service, telephone, food other than breakfast) - no customer support for travelling, tours, car rentals or any other facilities - the pool had excessive chlorine and we found a spider on our bed - slow response on getting towels/ extra bed

At arrival, the staff could hardly speak English. The room was extremely basic (no safe) and TV had only Thai channels. The swimming pool was full of dirth, so that I prefered not to use it. To have a drink, I needed to walk out a kilometer, as there was no bar in the hotel. Breakfast was poor and when I came back in the evening, the room wasn't cleaned. Kanchanaburi was a nice experience, this hotel wasn't.

- aircon leak - ceiling leak - near the river, poor river view + super noisy sound from long tail boat from 6 am till 6 pm when sun set. - stairs up to room is quite dangerous - swimming pool compare to picture in Agoda, -0 in actual, 5 in Agoda picture - room floor is wooden base, makes sound when waking around. I’ve paid THB 2344/night for this room, but actual worth is only THB 800/night max I’ll give. Those who don’t believe, please give a try by yourself.

Bugs in rooms, moved me twice and rooms were not clean. No housecleaning, no wifi, no one working front desk, no manager only kids working with no training. No breakfast. No clean towels or bedding. Worst hotel experience in the 5 months I have been traveling throughout Thailand.

Terrible!!!”
We got there and there was nobody at the place. Just a young boy. They didn't have our reservation, the room was not ready, the entire hotel was dark, there was no WIFI, and hardly any electricity! I understand that COVID hit everybody hard, but if the hotel is no longer operational then Agoda should remove it from their lists! Instead they say that I was a no-show! It wasn't me that was a no-show but the hotel! Agoda, you should be ashamed of yourself for this!

Comfortable and hotel with good view”
We travelled with our family of to this hotel. They provided us with villa which was very comfortable spacious and had river view. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. They also had good breakfast spread. I definitely reccomend this hotel. It is also not very far from the tourist spot.

価格相応の普通のホテル”
今回1泊でしたが、コロナ明けのせいかホテル全体的に活気が無くスタッフも少なく、私たちを含めて多分３～4組ほどしか宿泊していませんでした。部屋は広くエアコンもよく効き、シャワーの水圧も普通でした。朝食はブュッフェスタイルでは無く、最初にカウトムとパートンコー、コーヒー類が出てきてその後にアメリカンブレークファーストが出できました。十分おなか一杯にはなりましたし、おいしかったです。
