A night in Labuan Bajo”

The staff are very friendly and keen to assist their guests. The location is excellent as it is close to Restaurants and a number of mini markets. Next door is a Spa with very reasonable rates. There is a cafe and bar on site. The rooms have everything you need and the bed is comfortable. The balcony with sea views is lovely. This small hotel is definately great value for money and worth a visit.
If you are a wine drinker, the bar had limited stock but that can be solved by a quick trip around the corner to the wine shop. There are a lot of steps up to the reception area but staff were happy to assist with my suitcase.

Very good breakfast included. Lovely pool area; cheap spa packages available (discounts available if you are a hotel guest). Very nice balcony area. Rooms are a good size for three people.
Spa didn’t open until 11AM, but this could be due to the area recovering from covid.

staff are excellent, breakfast included is good for the price paid, great location for the town, air con worked well, restaurant was good and reasonable price - not the cheapest in Labuan bajo but also not the most expensive by any stretch. and had good food. pool is a nice little oasis for a few hours during a busy day exploring.
toilet didn’t always flush and the bin doesn’t totally close so sometimes room a little stinky pool a little tired in places

The towels and sheets in the room were dirty with big stains on them. Same goes for towels at the pool. Pool area has seen better days. For the price I would at least expect clean sheets and towels.

Fantastic, amazing views of the sunset. Clean, comfortable and a home away from home.”

Such a lovely place. Very well priced and staff were so nice. The pool and restaurant area is where you can spend the whole day and the worst thing is that you might have to drag yourself out of the comfy chairs in order to explore the town.

Definitely not recommend, horrible experience. We had a room with no window and at 9pm the air conditioning broke (no cold air anymore and bad smell). We called the employee at the lobby who called the manager and the answer was “we cannot do anything about it”. In the morning after, the manager did not even said sorry or anything. On top of that, bathroom was dirty.

Very outdated rooms, and one without a window. The hotel needs important repairs everywhere. The staff is really not friendly. Had to wait one hour for a pancake at breakfast, no apology, nothing. Avoid this place in Labuan Bajo even for one night.

Do not stay here! Not a 4 star, barely a 1 star! Terrible!”

You must climb a large crumbling staircase to the property, room smelled of urine and lemon, one FAKE window in the room - felt like a prison cell, no staff at the "hotel" only at the spa and restaurant, so many mosquitoes in room even though there is no window for them to enter, no mosquito net above bed, no cold drinking water, shower drain clogged. Just terrible. Left after 3 hours with my money back.
