nice home, tastefully decorated with the usual amenities - WiFi, cable TV, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, 4 rooms can fit 8 adults comfortably. close to local eateries - Makette steamboat and grill just a few minutes walk from the house, serves reasonably priced steamboat and grilled food (self-service all-you-can-eat buffet). a few minutes drive to Kuala Terengganu CBD. convenient location.

Worth every penny!”
We stayed here for two nights. The owner (Mr Rustam) is very nice guy. He will definitely entertain you! (we talked via phone). Location is superb as you can go to Pantai Pandak just less than 10 minutes drive. Rooms are huge and fully air-conditioned including living area. Inside parking space can fit up to 3 cars and outside parking available for more. Overall, more than satisfied.

Location wise the place is strategically located as it is nearby the beach and just around 25min to KT. The house itself is spacious, clean and well maintained. The owner’s nephew who is in charge for check in/out is nice and punctual. Really recommended.

ISSUES PERSON IN CHARGE CALLED DURING THE CHECK OUT DAY @ 09:00 & ASKED ME THE NUMBER OF PERSONS STAY IN THE HOMESTAY. AND SUDDENLY HE TOLD THE CHARGES OF RM10/PAX FOR EXTRA GUEST WITH ANGER TONE AND HIS WIFE ALSO INTERUPTED THE CONVERSATION RUDELY SAID “AWAK NI JANGAN LA MENYUSAHKAN ORANG!! AWAK NI TAK ADA DUIT KE NAK BAYAR??!!! SAYA DA BIASA SANGAT DAH DENGAN PELANGGAN MACAM NI”. SERIOUSLY IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER? I WILL AGREE WITH THE EXTRA CHARGES IF HE MENTIONED ABOUT IT EARLIER. NOT AFTER CHECK IN TIME OR BEFORE THE CHECK OUT TIME. THEY MADE THE WHOLE FAMILIES FELT CHEATED AND TAKE GRANTED ON ME. IF HE TELL US NICELY IN POLITE WAY WE CAN CONSIDER ABOUT THE EXTRA CHARGES, BUT BOTH HUSBAND & WIFE BEING VERY RUDE. IF YOU ALSO SAID “….SAYA DA BIASA SANGAT DAH DENGAN PELANGGAN MACAM NI” THEN WHY DON’T YOU STATE, REMARKS OR HIGHLIGHT IN THE WEBSITES ABOUT THE EXTRA CHARGES. House is in a very good condition. Very clean, tidy and well organised. Owner also very friendly and assist us during check in and check out process. Near petrol pump station, shop and dine place. If come to Terengganu surely will come here again. Worth it.
