We are returning to Tucson and unfortunately The Viscount was all booked up. It saddens me that we are not able to stay here in a couple of months. I highly recommend this hotel. It has all the amenities, clean rooms and the continental breakfast is hot and delicious, they even have a chef to prepare your omelets. The beds are comfortable and so is the sofa. We enjoyed our stay there at The Viscount.

Our stay at Viscount Suites was wonderful. It is clean, and roomy, and the staff was wonderful. It was the best value for the money that I found in my researching Tucson hotels. I would recommend it to anyone, and we will be back!

Family friendly and welcoming friendly staff”
It’s definitely not where I would spend a romantic weekend. However for our family it worked out well. We needed a place to stay for two nights while we did back to school shopping. They offer a buffet type continental breakfast, which isn’t to bad, similar to cafeteria food. The variety of food options were perfect for our 4 year old and two teens. We also enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The pool for the most part was ok but had some debris from a monsoon storm that had just hit the evening we arrived. The room is ok, we got the premier double queen suite, it’s there most recently remolded rooms, which are still a tad bit outdated. The hotel it’s self is outdated but it’s kept clean and welcoming. As I said at the beginning it’s not where I would stay for a romantic getaway or more then two night extended stay. But if your looking for an affordable, quick stay or family friendly place, then check out the Viscount. FYI special price offered online is for the non remodeled rooms.

Having the omelette guy making this meal to order for breakfast was the highlight of our stay and now that's gone. I'm not sure if I'll return to this hotel in the future. I'll certainly weigh my options with other hotel possibilities the next time I visit Tucson.

Beautiful lobby and large rooms”
We felt very 'special' in the suite we were assigned - largest room we've ever stayed in as we've traveled across the country! A little aged, but still in excellent condition. We're sorry we had to leave before we could enjoy the large breakfast buffet! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great value, large comfortable, quiet rooms, nice staff, clean facilities. Slightly dated decor but well maintained. Free breakfast and parking. Would stay again and would recommend. Can have multiple people share the large rooms. PLENTY big enough for 2 people. Could have had 5 people share the space. Extra toilets down stairs.

This stay was awesome. The only areas that need some improvement are 1. The room key deactivated quite often. 2. The housekeeping staff needs to vacuum more often. Other than those two things, the stay was amazing. Will stay there again.

Overall it was a nice stay. The only thing that we did not like was the fact that the AC controls were locked out and we could not control the temperature of the room. We did find the room to be a bit warmer than we would of liked.

*Stephanie and Sandra (front desk managers):are super nice, helpful and caring about my situation. I have never felt more at home then I did here.... The lobby area is beautiful! They go all out with decorations and the sound of the water fountain is peaceful. I was sad to check out. If needed I will definitely go back!!

It would be nice if the hotel offered some type of brown bag grab and go breakfast for people who have to depart before it is available. Maybe a fruit, bagel, yogurt or peanut butter and a coffee. Something like that.

The breakfast free is one of a kind continental, it's free restaurant serve you what you want olmette style..make your own bean burrito, all the cheese you want along with everyone other normal hot free stuff...honey waffles with pecans and butter.. 🍌 nut bread!!!

They need to update thier TV's to this century, need a canopy area or umbrellas at the pool, The carpet throughout needs update/replaced. But with that said, I will go back, and I give it an overall B. Nice place to stay.
