Good for families!”

My family had a good stay at ViPod Suites. Great location, just walking distance to Petronas Towers. The owner was so understanding of our late check in. I would recommend this to families or group of friends. The only suggestion I would like to make is to inform customers that the pool opens 8AM and closes at 10PM.

Good location”

Booked 3 bedroom suite at lower level. Nice interior design with good furniture. Comfortable beds can easily accommodate 6 adults. Washing machine , dryer, basic cooking utensils provided. 3-7 minutes walking distance to KLCC and Pavillion / Bkt Bintang. 7-11 available at nearby. Car park available. Will come back again.

Vipod is an excellent choice”

Vipod is in an excellent location if you are attending a KLCC conference. Very convenient via Kelana Jaya line for tour anywhere and for airport transfers. I think it also depends on your host, our host Mr Gregory and his asst Mr Wayne are very accommodating and hospitable 😄

Would recommend Vipod Residences over SOHO Suites as it's newer, cleaner and more well-maintained.

One Night in KL”

Everything was great except checking in and out of Vipod and misleading information on free access of pool and fitness center facilities on the hotel reservation website. Staff was late in both checked in and out which resulted in lots of previous time wasted. There were also no staff on site to address to queries immediately. We were told only later on making further enquiry that access of pool and fitness center has to be pre- arranged while making the reservation and payment is required. Thus this resulted in missing the opportunity to visit the pool which is on the top deck with unblocked city view. Otherwise, our stay would have been perfect.

Very good location”

Stayed here for an expo in KLCC. Perfect location. Faster to walk there then driving. Only downside was the check in instruction wasn't clearly informed ahead of time. Room was of decent size for the price.

good value for money and spacious”

Good value for money. It is spacious can sleep up to 6 person. There are staffs to clean the apartment before check-in. It is very clean and suitable for family with children. It is within walking distance to Pavilion, Fahrenheit, KLCC Suria Shopping mall and KLCC Convention Centre.

VIPOD Suites K”

Travelling with family, no kids Good location for this apartment to the central of shopping malls, namely Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Lot 10, Sungei Wang Plaza etc Just that the basement parking is abit too small for bigger CC car like SUV, has to be very carefully when driving in and out from the carpark, testing your driving skill.

2rm suite - 5mins walk to Klcc or pavilion”

Staying in a 2rm suite. Near to key locations like klcc convention and pavilion. Rooms are clean. Only one adjoining toilet. Toiletries without toothbrushes and paste. Need to add RM100 on top for cleaning service. Service staff Kent is friendly and helpful than the first staff. Overall will stay again if i visit.

Great location”

The location of the apartment is great, the toilet is a joint toilet, we got a cleaning service 3 times during our stay of 11 days and got a good deal in late check out. Yes the sheets did not get changed unless requested, The place states a microwave and a dryer exist, not in the apartment we stayed in though. Will definitely use this apartment again. As a frequent traveller, I would just say this apartment is worse than a 3-star hotel stays in Malaysia. The toilet wall is mouldy, the bed sheet and pillowcases are dirty and it seems like the cleaner did not change it for new stayers and continue to recycle it. The rusty and dirty kitchenwares like cooking pot and pan make you don't feel like cooking! During my 5 days stay and despite my repeat message reminder to Mr Anan to top up the water canister and clean and change the bedsheet, they only come to clean my place on the 4th day that is one day before I check out and the small drinking water canister is empty since day 2!

Located right in between KLCC and Pavilion, not bad for business travellers who needs a little shopping+dining+entertainment after work. However there was a sign at the guard house entrance which reads, no short-term rental or homestay allowed.

I stayed here with my family for 6 nights and had a great time From room cleaniliness to staff dealings everthing was superb. I recommend this place.

Exceptional”

The staff was so polite and accommodating. He was calling on the phone overseas. He delightedly gave s a tour on the apartment. The room was very nice, spacious and has a nice city view. The bathroom is clean and has a tub. Over all, I would recommend this to everyone and will probably book my trip here again. It's worth every money.

Refund for tragic experience”

On the night of 12th Feb, the ceiling at the kitchen collapsed and flooded the entire unit. Water was pouring down from the ceiling and forced us to abruptly gather all our belongings in darkness due to power trip. We were moved out to a smaller unit on the adjacent building with some of our clothes and shoes soaked by the flooding water. The new unit was far from satisfactory but we had no choice because it was near midnight and the incident has already traumatized my mother in-law who has heart problem. I expect Agoda to compensate us for the traumatic experience we suffered during our stay.
