Great experience”
This stay was one of my great experiences I've ever had. The location is very close to district 1, so you can go anywhere within 5-10 minutes. The house itself keeps you very private and you can enjoy the privacy even if you are traveling with friends as it has 6 separate rooms which are very cozy. The best thing was the hospitality from its owner. I wouldn't forget his kindness and sincere hospitality. This stay made my first trip in Vietnam perfect.

The stay was pleasant since the location is really convenient. There is a small community of roadside hawkers just outside of the private house. Nothing to complain about just maybe there are some bugs but the owner took care of those quickly and also provided a bug spray. Sometimes in the morning you can hear the dog barking and the community waking up to activities, which is pleasant if you want to enjoy time as a saigonese. Would recommend to stay here if you are a big group, the house is nice and decor is spot on. Not to mention there is a rooftop kitchen and a swing in the 1st floor communal area.
