Nice location, a lot of activities to do in hotel”

It is a very good place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time at Vinpearl park or play golf. There are a lot of things to do for children: amusement park, waterpark, aquarium, games center, etc. All of it is included in the room rate. Good point about these places was that there weren't many people, especially comparing to Vinpearl park in Nha Trang. So you just come to any roller coaster or water ride and without waiting use it as many times as you want. The rooms were ok, comparing to five-star hotels in other countries rather simple. But everything was clean and new. The prices at the bar are overpriced. The restaurant food was delicious and of a large variety. One of the best locations in Phu Quoc island: beautiful territory, very nice beach area and a great-great pool. Not far from hotel is Turtle island known for its coral reef. I recommend going there for snorkling.

The Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort provides you everything you may expect from a 5-stars place, at the required level of quality. Appreciated the free shuttle to airport and the nearby Vinpearl-land or -safari. Staff is caring about the guests. It is definitely a perfect place for holiday with children. Less positive : the resort is really isolated, which increases the costs if you want to escape to some non-Vinpearl place. However, be aware that most resorts in Phu Quoc are in that case; just, Vinpearl is a bit further from everything else than the others. Check the location on a map. To be improved: the identification of the resort upon reservation. There is a possibility of confusion between at least 4 Vinpearl facilities in the area.

New Year Vacation”

We had an amazing stay with my girlfriend for 8 nights including the NY night. The hotel has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Crystal clear water, huge beach area, plenty of space and 100% availability of sunbeds even though the hotel was full and variety of open buffet food - all those are the crucial factors for the classic sea&sun holiday. Plus incredible musical fountains show and gorgeous sunsets (supported by fantastic cocktails) that come as a bonus :) We would definitely recommend Vinpearl Phu Quoc as the best accomodarion option on the island.

Awesome place to getaway from busy cities.”

We spent 3 days at Vinpearl Phu Quoc resort. we enjoy the huge swimming pool every second. The beach is long and beautiful, only for Vinpearl resort guest. We feel safe and comfy during our stays here. We recommend you book the room with all meals incuded.

Not quite paradise :=!”

Vinpearl Phu Quoc is set in an enormous estate on the North-West peninsula of the island next to another huge work-in-progress site called Grand World. The trip by car or bike to the town and the night-market is problematic and ugly, but doable. Taxi one-way is about 350K VND and expect 45 mins. Is it worth the location. Answer, yes. It does imho qualify as five star. However be warned that the in-house goods and services are expensive; one consumable item I purchased was X4 the normal price. The pool is enormous and relaxing, day and night. The beach is right next to it. Its not quite a natural beath. The new sand is actually dredged up at the other side of the island. Its a good quality sand. Fine, white and high in coral content. The vision and scale of the resort is quite an eye-opener really and its design is very customer orientated. Suits families and groups very well I think. Maybe in a few years it will all look a little less fabricated.. Its not quite paradise, but it will do ;)

Good fun for families with young kids”

Good food, good service, very nice beach! the aquarium n safari were a surprise to us all, big kids n small kids! We had a lot of fun at the water park. We couldn't spend time at the amusement park (night time) but the whole trip was great, better than we expected. As our youngest kid was 7months old we had thought it couldve been tough for him but he did have fun too, especially on the beach, at the water park n at the huge swimming pool too. Our 8 years old and 2.5 years old couldn't enjoy it more... in the sun and in the water!! Thanks, Vinpearl Phu Quoc :)

Good hotel for family”

I was relocated to Vinpearl golf. Receptionist and spa staff are friendly and helpful. Food is so so. It is raining all the times during my stay, all i can do in Phu Quoc is swimming in the hotel's grear pool.

Not really good, but not bad”

I would recommend here if you want to relax after explore Phu Quoc island. I stay here 2 night at sea-front view with full-board, the resort is far from city, and other sightseeing. The resort have many building block may confuse when you arrive at first time. Food is OK. There isn't fresh seafood unless you go to their Pepper restaurant, near seashore with extra paid. Beach is clean and nice. Staffs are not so kind and not helpful as the 5-star hotel-resort.

Luxury Resort”

The location is far from the airport and far from the city, but there are many attractions such as safari and Vinpearlland. In addition, the "Almaz" food street and shopping street inside Vinpearl Resort offer many conveniences. It was very convenient to use the tuk tuk car for free when traveling inside Vinpearl Most of the staff were able to speak simple English, so communication was less inconvenient. The amount is expensive, but if you are looking for a luxury resort, this is highly recommended

One of the best holidays ever”

I am still searching the words to describe our stay at Vinpearl. Imagine a beautiful brand new hotel with the hugest swimming pool I have ever seen. Imagine the direct beach access, where you can swim and play with the kids in the shallow water, or ride the jetski, or just drink your Martini with olives. Imagine a breakfast where you are happy to spend two hours just tasting different fruits and goods. Imagine a huge amusement park with brand new super modern rollercoasters and other machines, wonderful and huge aquarium, an amazing fountain show presenting 2 times 4 songs every night. An even larger water park with plenty of slides, including a free fall slide, where you are launched from an elevator cabin. And then, imagine that you and your family are the only one in the whole complex, all the rollercoasters, all the slides, all the food, all the jetskis are maintained only for you. Vinpearl, I hope you will not change, and I hope I will be back one day!

I had nice but somewhat mixed experience staying here”

Vinpearl Resort & Spa's location is 1 hour driving from the airport. The road condition was not very good so it won't be pleasant if you plan to rend a bike to go there. Fortunately, the hotel offers free shuttle from and to the airport. The beach was perfect. Buffet restaurant inside the hotel was just ok. The food was good but the price was a bit high for the offered options. My most unpleasant experience was the bathroom. The toilet has running water and I had to keep fixing it myself. Overall, if you plant to visit the safari and enjoy the beach, this is the place for you. However, if you want to explore the night market or snorkeling, you should find somewhere else close to the downtown of Phu Quoc (Dương Đông).

Far from places”

Pros: the beach and amenities were great. Best bang for your buck since you’re staying at vinpearls resort. 2. Always book a driver for the whole day to take you to places instead of renting a taxi. It should be $1.5m-$2m for 8-12hrs. If you’re a foreigner and doesn’t bargain, it might be even more. Cons: 1. you have to get shuttled if you’re living in a villa. From villa to lobby and lobby back to villa. You can walk but you might end up getting lost. 2. You’re 45mins from the city and they charge up the ass if you don’t book a driver. Everywhere you want to go is down south, that’s where the food is at and night market. 3. The foods expensive and you can eat cheaper in the main city.

Exceptional”

The Vinpearl is a very good well organised clean resort with many close by activities to get involved into. My only disappointment is there was no formal dining restaurant there is the buffet for breakfast, lunch & Dinner where you can also order separate meals however it is extremely well catered & lots of happy noise from the many children, not good for romantic dinner. The Vinpearl caters well for the Families with children.

Too crowded”

during the check in & check out. the staff in charge of check in & check out asked me to stay at the lobby for 5 mins.. but he never responded me even after 15 mins. So when I came back to the front dest.... he replied me "ok u may go". Means he didn't do the check out processing for me during the time of waiting. It's similar to the Vinpearl Nha Trang. I always experience same one when I visit Vinpearl resort. Except that everything was great.

good value ”

We booked garden view room with Vinpearland and safari tickets with full board option. definitely worth it. Food was excellent, many choices and good quality. Resort is kid friendly, especially Vinpearland has many entertainment for children. For adults is ok. Safari exceed our expectations. and is a must see. The line to feed the giraffe was ridiculous. They should come up with better system. Rooms were clean, spacious. Property well maintained. Beachfront location, clean beach, not enough sun beds but maybe it was high season. Big pool with small area for kids. Spa was in good value. However, they had no slot during our stay (3 days). We went to VinOasis for spa and even there they have one slot left. Please hire more as there is demand for spa. Otherwise great experience. will return.

Massive hotel complex”

Apart from the waterpark being a building site along with vinpearl land only partially open. It's a great hotel with good food. The beach is clean and tidy. Things can only get better as it seems they rushed to get the hotel open on time. Things like paint on carpet in room, also safe not fitted into cupboard was a bit of concern. Hopefully these things will be ironed out when it fully opens.

Amazing place for kids”

Vinpearl is "the" place for a kid friendly holiday. The place is literally family friendly on steroids. You pay the price for it though. The building is old and heavily used, price remains premium. Restaurant is expensive and very Asian oriented. Overall I love Vinpearl, but Vin is an investment group knows how to optimize and get every dollar out of their clients!

Vinpearl Resort is quite good with modern facilities. Food buffet is also various and fresh. In general, it's a good place to relax. But just for relax.

Awesome stay”

Great value for the money. Beach is private, clean and beautiful. Downtown/ night market is 30 minutes away and is accessible through a free shuttle so you can enjoy the seclusion as well as the city. Be careful if you travel in a big group and booking is done separately as there are a few Vinpearl on site and you can’t switch nor can you dine between the locations. Staff is great for the most part. Shout out to guest relations Tu My who was very sincere and willing to assist all our needs.
