A perfect getaway from City life”

I booked a Villa here at Vinpearl Resort and Spa Long Beach Nha Trang for the sole purpose to get away from the busy and congested city of Nha Trang. This resort is located further down South near Cam Rahn. I booked the 3 Bedroom Villa with private pool and Ocean view. The single story villa was a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, full kitchen w/ a island, dining area with a long dining table that seats 8, and has a small living area as well. Was well worth what I payed for and the Ocean view is PRICELESS.

Perfect resort for families”

I stayed Vinpearl long beach for 3 nights with my whole family(6 adults and 3 children) Everything was perfect except for the distance to the Nha Trang City. It took almost 40 minutes to the downtown and it could be a significant disadvantage. However, we all loved our resort. Clean and safe facilities, kind and gentle employees, great views and landscape. There was nothing to complain. Especially I'd like to praise Korean female worker. Her name is Su-Jeong, Huh. She helped me so much that I could handle small problems in there. On the second day, my pool's lights went out. So I asked to fix them. Two male workers came to my pool and tried to fix 3 lights but only two lights turned on. They said sorry. I didn't know what to say because I saw them doing their best to fix the problem. I was so moved by their attitude. To me, Vinpearl long beach was very close to heaven.

Worth The Value ”

An excellent place to spend your time , if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday , that was our main for this trip . I am SUPERB impress with the entire landscape of the resort , the staff service , everything was great . The only down point was it's abit far from the town , and the food choices is not that much . Other than that , everything was great . I will still go back if I were to travel to Nha Trang again .

nice and helpful staff”

Although the staffs doesn’t speack really well english, but they are still helpful and nice! Hotel little far away to city. If you planning to get away from the city, this is definitely a good choose. As their name long beach villa, their beach is really long and clean. For sure will come back for another stay if i visit nha trang.

Nice resort but short on amenities and food is somewhat lacking...”

We visited the Vinpearl resort in early January and although the grounds were nice and our villa quite spacious with 2 bedrooms and a pool, for the amount that you pay, there are much nicer resorts to be had elsewhere in Nha Trang. Go to the Mia Resort instead! Other than just a pool for entertainment, there is nothing else to do at this resort. There are no organized tours to Nha Trang other than a trip to a shopping plaza, and the beach is not usable due to the high waves and the rough waters. The food at the resort is good for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner there isn't any other options other than room service and the buffet at dinner (which does not offer very good food choices or quality of food). The staff tried their best to be a 5 star resort, but the Vinpearl is more of a 3-4 star resort if compared to North American standards. Special thanks goes out to Bao, Hong and Moon at the front reception desk who did an exceptional job at the resort!

Special place for Families”

Excellent place for families, very big Villas that exceeded my expectation, clean swimming pool and nice beach!! Staff super supportive specially Mr Khoa in the restaurant, he is profesional and very kind, please ask for him whenever you come to the resort. simply excellent place, highly recomended!!!

Exceptional”

We are staying in a house with a private pool, the view is stunning, and we can walk directly to the beach from our house in a short distance. The staffs there are really nice. However, the location is quite inconvenient, suggest buying some snacks/food before going to the resort.

Beach holiday ”

Great location Huge resort Villas are huge and having your own pool is great Shuttles run you around al over the resort Breakfast has a great selection Only down side dinner options are few Buffet at the resort or room service Room service menu needs to be bigger especially if you staying longer

Staff are good ”

Staff are very nice there. Some of the staff speak English very well. Many Korean travelers and they are nice to talk. Staff in kid zone is very kind, help my gal to make hair style making her so happy. Living room in 2-bedroom suite is big! Kids can run and run around. Clean in suit and around the villa. Breakfast is ok but dinner buffet(need to pay) isn’t good. They restrict people to buy food or drink and eat/eat in suite; otherwise will be charged for USD 50! This seems not good only! Swimming pools( private and public) are good but can’t enjoy the beach because of big wind and big wave.

Excellent resort- value for money”

The property is excellent. Clean, modern and spacious. The cost of a night is extremely competitive and represents excellent value. Very close to airport and ideal for a quiet getaway. The staff training needs a lot of work though. They are very inconsistent. Evident through the breakfast served whereby I had 5 days of oatmeal porridge and everyday tasted different, runny, thick, salty and not much oatmeal. The reception also needs some staff training as they insisted that I should pay for room service with my card though I had deposited pre authorisation with them on my credit card. The room service menu could be improved given most stays around a week and no choice outside. However, if you want a special treat, head to Mia hotel, Le baia restaurant. Excellent service and food.

Greatest Stay, cleanest place, nicest private pool. We all loved”

Pros: Stunning villas, resonable price, private pool, nice beach, good breakfast, hospitable staff, clean as home Cons: nothing. Absolutely worth the money spent

Not a 5 star”

Plus point is spacious and nice decoration villa. However we found more minus points. 1. there is only one restaurant in the resort serving just buffet whole day. If you want ala carte, you just can order in-room menu with limited choices. 2. Beach is not clean and no any sunbath chair on it. 3. Dont try cocktail in the pool bar. 4. Only complimentary drinks in mini bar. Even no wine glass in the room. 5. Not all the staffs are friendly and attentive at a 5 star standard.

Enjoyable stay in here”

I love to stay on their private beach and the 4-bedroom villa is pretty clean and comfortable. The view from our private pool is awesome. The facilities is good enough for 2 days stay. The only one thing need to improve is the reception staff is not friendly and I cant feel she welcome us and cant see her smile during the check-in time. I hope I can see the difference when i visit here next time.

Great experience, but not as great as Vinpearl Discovery”

The staff here is extremely friendly and attentive. However, it’s 30 minutes driving from downtown. An only way to entertain at here is beach, or you can book tours at the resort.

this was quite possibly one of the best places I have ever stayed, the staff, accommodation and resort was amazing. I would highly recommend this to all. :)

Just very super resort”

We really enjoyed this place. Very excellent service, and environment. Such a perfect resort for everyone who want to take a enjoyable vacation.

Not living up to a 5-star hotel standard”

Villa is spacious, however that's the only advantage. The resort has three restaurants in total as stated on its website but only two of them were operating (one for snacks and drinks and another one for buffet). For the amenities in the villa, I think the management should at least consider to provide some cups and tableware which we could not find any during our stay (probably because of their policy that no outside food or beverage allowed) . For the facilities offered, the gym and sauna is fine. As for the beach just next to the resort, it's good. The "tuk-tuk" transfer service within the resort is what disappoint me the most. It took us more than 30 mins time to wait for the "tuk-tuk" to come and pick us and the communication with front desk was really inefficient that it took 3-4 calls for them to find someone who understand basic English! The room service (dining) was poor. Delivery of food took nearly 1 hr 30 mins and wasn't hot enough (could barely call it warm).

Lovely vacation”

We booked 3 bdroom villa with full board. pros- Meals were not bad at all, quiet and clean beach, new and clean villa... cons- Staffs' English was poor especially in the restaurant, check-in staff was not so friendly 비수기처럼 조용해서 오히려 좋았고, 해변도 나트랑 시내보다 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 풀보드로 갔는데 식사도 생각보다 만족스러웠습니다. 한국인분들한테 인기있는 리조트같은데 제발 여행다니면서 말좀 조심합시다. 특히 애데리고 다니는 젊은 엄마들, 다 조용히 쉬는데서 애티튜드 너무 거만하고 보기 싫었어요.

A fantastic stay ”

It’s really nice to stay here with the clean villa and beautiful view. The only minor thing I need to mention is that the staffs’ efficiency is quite poor. Hope they can deal with everything quicklier next time.

Breathtaking hotel”

Made the 'mistake' of booking a three bedroom house for 1. Was breathtaking. A whole house and pool. One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Staff are pretty rude and food at restaurant for foreigners not great. But that is just the region I feel. This resort is truly epic and lucurious.
