Without doubt, this Vinpearl hotel in Tay Ninh Vietnam ought to deserve to be 5-Star hotel for its professional and excellent services. I stayed at this hotel during my time attending a wedding and an ex-employee reunion. The hotel is well located on a main boulevard. Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff from the doorman, hotel porter, check-in staff and manager. They were extremely friendly and professional and provided services with smiles. After the check-in, I was led to my room by the hotel portal and a customer service staff who then gave me a tour around room and explained the use and the function of the mechanical and electrical items within the room. I had the chance to use the fitness center and the beautiful indoor swimming pool. They were clean and nice. The atmosphere of my two-night staying there was so special and so unique. My two thumb-Up to the manager and his fellow staff for doing the great job. Date of Stay: January 16 & 17, 2019

Everything was perfect! What I liked was the fact that the employees spoke & understood English well. As a foreigner, I liked that our passport was copied instead of taken & held till we checked out. There were times that other hotels misplaced our passports because of miscommunication and changes. Everything was immaculately clean, the rooms were designed classy, the shower was built precisely to prevent water from leaking out, swimming pool was refreshing, wet areas had mats for preventative falling, reception and front door staff were friendly & welcoming!

Staff work very hard to make your stay pleasant. It has typical quirks you find in Vietnamese Hotels, with communication and sometimes non existent service or funny rules, but the staff are lovely, if not frustrating with 'regulation' at times. If you are in Tay Ninh, this is the best hotel for the money by a considerable margin.
