We were just passing by Ha Tinh on our way to Quang Binh and decided to book this place for one night. I was immediately impressed by the tall and nice lobby, the lifts, the room standard. I stay at many Vinpearl hotels before and they are often the neo classical design which I don't like but this Vinpearl Ha Tinh is super modern, contemporary architecture, very chic. Nice swimming pool, good breakfast buffet. The price we booked were just Vnd 750,000 a night but we got a solid 5 stars hotel quality. So definitely a great hotel value for money.

It is very good hotel to stay. Like any other Vinpearl Hotels/Resorts (excep Vinpearl Hoi An in Cua Dai and Vinpearl Halong - not good) everything here are excellent. I believe this is the best hotel in Ha Tinh province.

Without a doubt, the staff at the Vinpearl Ha Tinh, from the manager down, are exceptional at their job. Efficient and professional but also warm, caring and welcoming. From the surprise birthday cake and gift, to all the assistance with my broken arm and husband's bicycle. This is the first 5stars hotel in Ha Tinh provice, and everything are new and luxury I stay on 33th floor, It's very nice view, the good design of room make you can see all view around the hotel, It's also have Vinmart the department store at the same area all are clean and good and new but have something I want to suggest 1. when I stay here in the tet holiday 1 week the problem of taxi still can see, one day I can not catch the taxi to go out! that's the normal problem in tet occasion of Vietnam, but your 5stars hotel you must manage for this problem, it's must be in the international 5stars standard 2. the clean of hotel is not only because it's new, but because the system of cleaning one day in morning, in the table of lobby, I can see the glass of table not clean, I don't known why? clean the table in lobby is very important in the other 5 stars standard 3. the bath kit like soap, if I use one, next day must replace one, it's standard no need to ask, I must say to the reception

Only thing: Not much to do in Ha Tinh, which is the only reason this hotel is so cheap compared to what it has to offer! - would go there again, just to relax and enjoy the hotel. And DO upgrade with breakfast: IT IS AMAZING!

Few new hotels now in this small city. This is one is clearly the best of them. Similar to what you will get from any Vinpearl hotel in all of Vietnam. A little understaffed but for a sleep little city it's fine. Nice buffet and location couldn't be better.

I have been working in tourism for nearly 8 years and now working for international hotel chain and this hotel wowed me in every sections. The location is right at central. Beautiful hotel with luxury decor. Extremely comfortable room and bed. The rate is very low and great valued considering this is 5 stars hotel with amazing facilities. The best thing about this hotel is staffs. They are very professional, polite and helpful. I booked 6rooms for my wife’s family and front office was kind enough to arrange table and chairs for my short meeting with the family. Special thanks to Mr. Than, Ms. Huyen front office for kind arrangement; and bellmen ( i forgot their names) for showing rooms and introducing hotel in details for my family. Strongly recommend and shall come back.

Experiences at 5 stars Vinpearl Ha Tinh Hotel ”
Arrival at the hotel late. Checking was fast and I was impressed with the room indeed five stars. Next day I went to the reception counter to change some currencies as it stated both in the website and Room welcoming Information book that the service is available in the hotel. I was shock to learn sorry no such service !! Please go to bank and change. But I told them it stated that the hotel has such facilities and was told again no such service ! Okay, no fuss, went to the bank at Vinpearl shopping mall next door. What? The bank do not do foreign currencies exchange. Went to the one across the road, no such service also???? Walk further down two street and learn again every bank do not change foreign currencies!!!! Oh No !!! With lots of foreign currencies and no local dong, what to do??? Went back hotel and check with hotel again on the exchange of foreign currencies and this time I think is the Manager who attended to me and told me they cannot change because no permission is given??? Okay I ask where can I change some money and she told me she don’t know !!! Oh dear then I ask her if I can can pay the hotel with foreign currencies and was told not allowed!!! Then what I going to do? She said to me again I don’t know !!! No choice but have to call a Friend in Hanoi to bring some money over. Have to waste 3 day doing nothing but to eat, sleep and watch tv!! Friend finally arrival with local currency but with only one more night to spend what can I do! Only after my Friend came, she told me to change currencies I have to find a gold shop !! Now why can’t the hotel staff tell me that??? If only they would then my holiday would not be so lousy !!! So I spend three days in the hotel doing nothing until I give my Friend

Very good Hotel but with bad management and not well trained staff.”
We want o book a Room with extra bed for 2 adult's and 1 child. This was not possible true Agoda. As we arrived at the Hotel they want to charge for the extra bed 800.000 VND when the full room for 2 adults was costing only 600.000 VND. The managment of the Hotel was hiding behind the "Policy" of the Company. A good management should take decisions and train the staff. One day we have been in the Bar of the hotel and we did not know that the bar was closing 24 hours. The staff asked for the payment, which is no problem. But after that they switched off the Aircon and the lights, so we could not finished our drinks. It was also not possible to sign food to room. In top the housekeeping staff asked our small daugther if she can pay the bill???? The Hotel has an very bad behaviour against families traveling with children. For such a category of hotel I expect more customer orientation. I have been living 6 years in Ha Tinh and know they can do better. All is about the management.

Very nice hotel ”
We got a double room on the 27th floor with a magnificient view of the city (even from the toilet itself!) The bed was very comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. AC and wifi worked well. The reception wasn’t particularly helpful or accommodating, but it was not too bad either. The only improvement I would like to suggest is replacing the plastic package of the toiletries with more environmentally friendly materials if possible. Great hotel anyway

Totally except the swimming pool”
I had a good time here. The room has its view of the sea however it is hot as soon as the sun rises. The minus point is the swimming pool which the staff let the irregular dressings to enter. I feel annoyed with a cleaning situation.
