Wonderful Stay!”
Everything was wonderful, the friendly and helpful staffs (especially Ms. Thanh Hoa - Guest Service Agent), the spacious room, the pool, the facilities. We were very happy with our stay except the location is abit far from the town, however the hotel provides free shuttle every evening to Duong Dong Town, we were not aware of this prior to our trip, if we have known earlier we wouldn't move to another hotel at Duong Dong Town on our 3rd day. And the other thing for the hotel to improve is on the quality of their food. Free shuttle service to Vinpearl Land & Vinpearl Safari. Wonderful stay and we will definitely go back to this hotel for our holiday in Phu Quoc.

Absolutely stunning resort!”
We almost felt the value for what the pics showed was too good to be true but when we arrived we were even more happy! We had the two bedroom villa and it was gorgeous! Immediately you felt at home in this beautiful villa. Everything felt like great quality and the beds, sofas, chairs were all very comfortable. The private pool was amazing and the landscaping made it all feel so tranquil and peaceful. Absolutely no complaints. Our only issue was the limited English but that is par with the course in Phu Quoc so its not really anything to complain about. Vinpearlland was awesome, and our boys loved it. The beach was empty and stunning so privacy and space was never an issue. The food wasn't very good in that it was boring after the second night. Being about a 45 minute ride to the main city meant that outside food options were not that close. We did take the evening shuttle to the market to eat dinner a couple of times in order to get away from the buffets. Will be back though!

Very Huge Connected Resorts and Hotels”
Vinpearl has many hotels and resorts in this area, all reachable by the tuk tuks operated by the resorts. When we arrived at this resort we were only given very limited info regarding the facilities available, it was by chance that we came to discover other resorts, hotels, restaurants and a casino. Vinpearl resorts are located very far away from town area, but they do provide free shuttle bus to town twice a day. Love the villa, the landscape, the beach, delicious breakfast spread, super friendly and helpful staffs. Only important thing that I wish they will improve is providing info about all the facilities and restaurants to visitors.

Really the best resort. Five stars and very wide vila with the private pool. Only 140 dollars! And not many people in the resort and vinpearl land. Although weekends are too silent but it is good for look around. I have a good memory here. Some problems are 40 minutes from airport and no markets are here. And i stay one day more so reserve in agoda app again. Buy they misunderstand and tell me give the money. So i show the reservation email and solve the problem. Tomorrrow i'll go to the pool and beach and spa. And write again. Almost good here.

Good luxury resort villa can benefit from improvement”
This is a great villa, very well designed and built. Nice location, near beach, casino. The staff are great, always willing to please you. The check in and guest verification process can benefit a lot from improvement to say the least. At check-in they ask for information and official ID (passport or Vietnamese CMND) of every guest who will stay in your villa. For children under 18 without passport, you have to provide birth certificates. Then they will take photo of every guest to identify them for entrance at the restaurant. If there is a non-identified guest (either your chauffeur or an outside visitor) at your premise, somehow they will know and call you to ask about this person. They will then remind you that the said person has to leave by 9:00 PM. I understand their need to get the correct per-head pay and guest privacy, but they could do it with more discretion. Who in the world travels with a birth certificate? And who would want to have their photo taken at a hotel?

Excellent place, just a little too far away”
It's a very new set up and most villas were not occupied during our stay. The environment is really nice and quiet. Staff are very helpful though they speak very little English. There are more local tourists than foreigners, which may be the reason why staff do not speak much English. Location is far from town, but good if your intention is to visit the far north and the vinpearl parks. Management should have more food options within the resort. There was only buffet meals available and choice of spread was not great. Ala carte was only served within rooms.

An amazing hotel in its beauty, looks like heaven. Beautiful and clean rooms in every private pool, excellent gym, huge pool that is softer on the beach. A private beach and stunning in its beauty, it is impossible to put into words how beautiful the beach is coconut trees and clear water the hotel staff very services. Protecting the environment Using paper requests. There is an electric vehicle service available to transport you anytime, anywhere. In addition, a free airport shuttle service to the city. A rich dining room and a variety of hotel staff will prepare you to eat anything you request. In conclusion if you are looking for heaven this is exactly the place !!!

Pros - Huge room, clean, complimentary airport transfer, clean private beach, various restaurant, casino, games room, buggy service provided. Cons - Expensive laundry service, if you are a vegetarian or muslim breakfast buffet might be difficult as there's pork/bacon in almost every dish. They serve 2 different fried rice but both fried rice have pork suggest they can make one without instead so that people who don't eat pork can have it.We are vegetarian & we ordered room service we wanted the noodles but there's meat inside we ask to take out the meat and replaced with vegetables, it was rejected was told they don't do such request. First time we encounter this at a hotel. The staff didn't tell us about the facilities upon checking in and we only found out about the games room on our last day. Would be great if they can let guest know about the amenities and complimentary afternoon tea within the resort.

3hours for check in ”
Pros: good location! Nice villas ! Good food in the restaurant of the villa! Nice staffs and cleaning service! Cons : Check in will take hours! On the 18th I booked 1 villa with 2 bedrooms for my family! Arrived at the hotel at 2:30 waited an hour to get check in! There was at least 10 people was working but they're not helping at all! Got checked in to the wrong room so they had to redo it! And the room is still occupied so they couldn't get the room ready for us! Waited 2 more hours and the room still not ready! Then they said they will upgrade us and let us stay in a 3 bedroom villas and with free meal for lunch and dinner! Guess what? At the last day of our staying they said that the staff was wrong and confused so we had to pay for the meal! Wth??? I wanted to give this place 5stars but the reception staffs are horrible! Not a 5* resort and villa standard!
