Great but needs improvement”
Had a great stay there in a beachfront villa which was exceptional. The only bad experience is with the other guests pushing in lines at the buffet (notably russian guests) and having no manners with the staff still clearly seeing they pushed in and yet still serving them. The staff should tell them to line up like everyone else. Further staff training is needed. Besides this we had a very enjoyable time at Vinpearl again.

we rent a villa during our stay. - To many soot flying around in the villa and outside our private pool. ( this is big problem for health and experince)- it cause from dirty - Private pool is dirty - The service is slow and not for customer ( too many adding fee compair to other 5 star in Phu quoc) - Staff are nice, but whole problem is from policy and management Not recommend and not to comeback.

We were mind blowed with the size of the villa with private pool for each villa. Food options were great, services were outstanding. Price is way too high and location is too far from the airport. But they provide the free shuttle service from and to airport which is convenient. Staffs were very friendly. we enjoyed our stay completely.

this is a very nice resort and the room was fantastic. we had an ocean villa which was wonderful. the staff was pleasant but their english skills were pretty poor even with service level vocabulary. with a few exceptions they could not understand basic questions about the resort, or nearby attractions. this was extremely frustrating. it also seemed that everything at the desk took way too long. while i don't expect fluency, basic understanding of job related requests in english is a must. the villa was clean and very nice but it had no glasses, or anything to make use of the kitchen space so why even have it??? my other complaint is the lack of restaurant choices and only having a buffet. the buffet was good, clean and had lots of choices. that said, having an open and functioning a la carte option would be a lot better. they had one, but it wasn't open most of the time. like the kitchen, why have this if it is always closed?

Very clean and big villa, the service was very good.”
We stayed in a 2 bedrooms villa, very big and clean. The staff Lance from the reception was extremely helpful who tried to help as much as he could. We couldn’t get the cash out of the ATM, he provided us the alternatives and options to make our stay very comfortable without using much cash. The theme and water park is very close to the hotel, provided us the shuttle bus to forth and back. We enjoyed our stay as the breakfast were good with many varieties.
