Superb hotel in Danang”
Smack in the middle of the city, it is a delightful place to stay like all Vinpearl hotels. The staff really work tirelessly to take good care of the guests. Ms Cam Nhung in particular, stood out. My phone ran out of credit. With a blink she uses her phone to recharge my phone balance. I When I wanted a nice seafood restaurant that is good yet inexpensive, again another staff recommended a nice place. The pools and sauna is really good. I cannot say anything about breakfast because I didn't book that option but I am sure it is just as fantastic like Hue and Can Tho VinPearl. The room size is huge (condotel) and it is well clean. Again, a newly open hotel (last year April 2018) it is adjacent to VinCom plaza which you can really enjoy varieties of restaurants and cuisines (east/west) plus groceries shopping. 6 nights is really not enough. Can't wait to go back again. Thank you to everyone at VinPearl Danang for an enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay”
+ My husband and I traveled on our honeymoon and the hotel gave us a very sweet gift on the day we came. All was good, I could see staff’s friendly face even when they wore mask. I was sick on the first day staying here due to the weather, staff gave me a very best medical care and I felt better the following day. Thanks for that. - We booked a double room but our bed was two twin beds arranged together, a little uncomfortable especially for a honeymoon couple. However, overall the service was good, will come back another day.

Everything is perfect ....all is safisfied... Actually the frist time staying at Vinpearl was so dissapointed in PHU QUOC island....so I thought it was limit of Vietnamese service mind .....so I did not expected service things...But Wow...I am so imprrssed by this hotel's service....All staff r very nice...and clean....food is yummy

My wife and I had a business trip to Danang, choose to stay at Vin Pearl. Very very satisfied - excellent service and attention. Wish we could stay longer. I asked for potatoes during breakfast service- they offered French fries as they did not offer potatoes - BOTH DAYS - with out asking. Clean rooms - great shower and bathroom. Will return soon and recommend to my friends.

All the staffs are very friendly and courteous despite running almost full house. May not be the most convenient location but it is right next to the main river and within walking distance to main beach. Special mention on the SPA, you can't get a better operational team any WHERE else. I'm a non believer of "general customer satisfaction" until my 2 times visit to this SPA. If this hotel operation team can be duplicate, i believes that the other world largest hotel operators will be left far behind...

We had a wonderful two night stay at Vinpearl Condotel. The family suite was ideal for us as we have a toddler, and the indoor heated pool during the rainy Christmas period was a definite winner for expelling some energy! The hotel is well located and the breakfast buffet was good too with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are some of the nicest and most helpful I have ever encountered in my travels. The location is great for riverfront activities and there are lots of conveniences at the nearby mall. Overall, a great place to stay in Da Nang.

Booked for the view so no problem for another stuffs. Stayed at executive river view suite with suffix -01 in room number. You can see clearly total 5 main bridges of Han river. Hardly to find that view at another places. Very satisfied !

Lovely hotel at a price”
Nothing to complain about. Fantastic breakfast and amazing pools for swimming. One 30x20 and one 25 meters indoor. Most appreciated for a professional exerciser with a back problem. But is bad are the key cards. You should get instructions how to get into the rooms. They are tricky. On top of it, the email address on the back of the cards is non-operational. That show lax quality control routines when the smart geeks in the computer department is not communicating with the producers of the cards. I have stayed at 3 Vinpearl hotels so far and due for the next one in April. Basically due to their lovely pools, both in- and outdoors.

Hi, Sorry for the second pointing out as I love your hotel~ When I was checking out, I asked staff for room with River and I heard Yes. And I was so happy. But a bit disappointment came to me when I entered the room as it was RM 1811 with a half view of river. I feel it could be happier if more detailed advice on the direction was given when I was checking in. Meanwhile I am understood they might be tired out of pandemic but staff is all with Hotel business. Have a great evenong. Thank you!

Staff are really attentive, but somewhat too much attentive. The breakfast time were changed from 6am-10am to 7am-10am, and they notified us right at our check in, then one more time in the elevator on our way up to the room, and even called in to remind us about the time. In other occasion, a housekeeper also rang our door 7:40 in the morning to ask if we need any water. Both the call and the housekeeper in the morning disrupted our sleep and made us feel they were a little over-attentive, but after all, great hotel, staffs and facility.
