My stay at vinoasis”

It is a nice and comfortable hotel. Easy access to Vinwonder, safari and beach. Vinoasis trains their staff very well, they are very kind and helpful. I leave the hotel on my birthday, they gave me a birthday cake with a surprise, which I never thought a hotel would prepare it and be very thoughtful. Although there are many things and facilities haven’t been done yet in vinwonders. But I will definitely visit again and stay vinoasis. Vinoasis is also easily to have other foreign cuisine just right across the hotel. The hotel has nice bar, pool, water park, game room and gym, where you can use them all day when you want to be relax at the hotel.

Pros. Modern luxury hotel, face control system, a lot of elevators, clean beach, perfect own aqua park, reach breakfast and dinner Cons I booked a room with unlimited access to the water park to Vinperland. Indeed, it was access to own aqua park. Be careful when you gonna book such an option. We asked calm rooms but it was busman's holiday due to room service. We are placed close to staff cargo elevator. There were loud noises beginning from 5:30 am till late at night. We asked to change room they asked to pay for the upgrade. Not kind and affable vietnamise personal. We were helped just only Ukrainian concierge personal (unfortunately forgot her name). She tried resolve any problems

Vingroup does a magnificent job. Feels like a city within Phu Quoc. It has many activities and things to do to keep you in the area. I booked a suite that was beautiful. 85sqm king suite. Details of the entire room was marvelous. High quality furniture and down to the amenities. Felt like i was in a US 5* hotel. Please check it out.

Clean, nice staffs and excellent safari”

This place is brand new, staffs are nice and supportive. Good breakfast although the service was for large tourist groups and not 5*. Safari is fabulous, Vinpearl land is quite small for a theme park. Quite good value for the money overall. One incident with the Mailinh taxi we got (they’re exclusive vendor at this resort I think). I missed the Safari bus and didn’t want to wait 40 minutes for the next one so the bell boy got us a Mailinh taxi. The driver kept complaining that we bothered him with this short ride (about $3), he speeded recklessly to show the attitude and at the end when we pay by card (instead of quick cash) he was disappointed and said he doesn’t want this little money, asking us to call him if we go on a longer trip. I paid him in cash and tell him I never ride with him again. For the rest of the trip, I spent $150 with a Vinasun driver who was honest and helpful. VinOasis should choose the right taxi vendor to partner with.

Great choice if you're traveling with kids”

Vinoasis has great facilities with large pool and nice mini waterpark for kids to enjoy. Really nice garden and beach is great to take a swim and catching sunset. However, we're couple travelling so it is too crowed for our liking. Morning buffet, pool are always crowded at prime time. I would return to vinoasis as family with our kids but not as just a couple.

Me and my wife had a great holiday while staying at Vinoasis. Great room with friendly and passionate staffs. Absolute recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing with entertaining facilities surround since Vinoasis provides Vinpearland and Vin Safari nearby.

Great resort for family holiday but rude Front Office Supervisor.”

Stayed at this resort for 5 nights including buffet breakfast, Water Park, Safari Tour, Theme Park and complimentary airport transfers (both ways) as airport is about 50mins drive to the resort. The room is always cleaned and replenished; the cleaning staff are friendly. The bed is very comfortable and clean. Check-in was fast however no welcome drinks on arrival after a long drive from the airport. There were two kegs with orange water and ginger water for guest welcome drink. Since we didn't get our welcome drinks because staff were busy with check-in guests, we decided to help ourselves with the drinks however no glasses were available, so I asked the 'Front Office Supervisor' who was standing behind the 'Online Check-in' counter for glasses for the drink, He was so rude, he snapped at me "are you check-in online?", I said "no just checked in", he said "the drinks are for online check-in guests only, if you want drinks we have a bar around the corner, you can buy there".

Hotel listed as having a Casino. There is a Casino, but not open yet.”

This was an amazing hotel, and we were able to keep ourselves and our son occupied the entire 3 days we were there. We went to Vinpearl Land, Vinpearl Safari, and the ocean was just a five minute walk from our hotel room. The free shuttle back and forth from the airport and free shuttle to the amusement park and zoo made it really nice. The only negative thing I can really say is that I was a little upset that this hotel was advertised as having a Casino on Agoda and when I attempted to go inside the Casino the guard outside said, “no open yet”. I was a little confused, and she brought me to someone that spoke better English and he said, “the Casino isn’t actually open for business yet, hopefully early January 2019”. Don’t list this hotel as having a Casino if it isn’t even open yet. I probably would not have stayed 40 minutes from the airport had I known there actually wasn’t a Casino available.

VinWonders Major Disappointment”

I would give the hotel facilities, rooms, and general service 5/5. Food 3.5/5 Many foods looked delicious but were cooked with a a lot of oil that upset my fiance's stomach. VinWonders 2/5 I was really upset about VinWonders. VinWonders is the reason we decided to stay in this hotel. We did the more expensive option to add the theme park tickets to the room thinking that we would be able to spend two days there, but when we arrived we discovered that about 60% of the attractions were either closed or not yet open to the public. It's very bothersome to walk around a theme park, see many rides/games you want to do, but then next to so many of them there is a sign saying that they are closed or coming soon. I feel like you shouldn't be selling tickets if most of the park isn't open. Also in the water park they turned off the machines to carry large tubes to the top of the slides, so you had to carry heavy 4 person tubes up many stairs.

Great resorts for family but there’s room for improvements ”

It’s a huge place with it own water park, big pool and beach access. The kids will love the short ride to Vinpearl park and Safari. Room is big and clean. Services is very slow eg: in room dinning takes 45mins for a couple of dishes and iron is never available. Staffs are friendly but still need to be abit more attentive to meet a 5 stars resorts standard. However the price is very good and overall a pleasant experience for us so will recommend to friends and family.

We loved this hotel and its clean beach”

The hotel situated at a secluded area annexed to a very clean and shallow beach which is rather suitable for family with young kids. Our room was big and very clean, and with high quality linens. All staff were trying their best to make everyone happy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to guests who want to stay in a relax atmosphere for a short period of time.

Excellent 5 star hotel for families ”

we stay there for 4 nights and the service was excellent. The buffet was good up to the 3rd day as the menu didn’t vary much. It is strongly suggested that you can add more options to the menu for long stay customers. There is lack of seafood options as you hardly see oysters, big prawns, etc. The staff is attentive and adjusted to meet customers requirements. The pool and water park is great. Only drawback is it is too far from the central area and the hotel should provide more bus and make it easier for town transport.

Very few staff can speak fluent English even the receptionist cannot!”

My friends and I spent 2 nights at this villa. Did not feel welcome at all when we check in, maybe because there was only one receptionist do understand little English and he had to deal with all foreigners which made him annoying and gave us attitude! We stayed 2 nights here but they ask as to check out and check in again in the second morning which was really wasting our time and made a lot of inconvenience, because the huge barrier between communication! I will never forget the second morning when I was checking out I asked the receptionist "do you speak English? and she said "NO" and I asked "do have anyone speak English?" and another "NO" she replied. I'm not sure if she can understand me or not but that's most forgettable check out experience! 10 mins later supervisor finally came to reception and checked out for us... Overall the whole experience was good. Maybe September is not the peak season some of water park facilities was not available and staff's English skill should!

Pros: 1) Resort is located in the middle of the city (15mins drive from the Airport). Easy access to all the attractions. Walking distance to the night market 2) View from the resort is fabulous! Sun rise and sun set and the pool is big! (They have a bar in the pool as well) 3) The Resort is clean and nice! Cons: 1) Buffet food quite limited. Can have more choices. 2) The shops in the island closed at around 11pm. So try to get all the stuffs you need before all shops closed.

1st 2 night Vin oasis, last 2 night is The Shell resort. I can compare it. Vin is more for couple with kid. Hotel inside got waterpark, free access. Beach is nice, clean can swim. BF nice, a lot of food. Lunch& dinner can eat at shop in front hotel. 5 type a la carte restaurant. 1 minit walk from the lobby Vin. They hv free airport transfer. Need email to inform. Just the hotel room is small and is normal décor style of almost hotel at the world. Last 2 night stay The shell resort, which is diff style hotel with Vin. T.Shell is Villa style. Room is very big, double size of Vin room. Very nice décor, suitable for honeymoon couple. Bsc u will very enjoy&love the big room. The pool also nice. They hv only 1 restaurtant, u hv no choice find other restaurant,& is not cheap also, as compare to Vin.Just the bad thing is the beach is with big wind flow many rubbish from other side to beach. So, as 2 days ago i can swim at Vin beach, but at The shell, u cannot, bsc big wind with rubbish.

3N Getaway at Phu Quoc”

Satisfied with room and restroom, spacious, new, and clean. Besides resort pools there are water park and beach options to get wet and sunbathing without over crowd. The grass under palm trees are alternative to sand for sunbathing at the beach. The free shuttle ride, about 35 minutes to Duong Dong filled for shopping and food. There are jet sky rental and parasailing option at the beach.
