Nice hotel, but noisy location!”

Modern, decent sized, lovely staff.

I enjoyed my stay in La Villa Princesa Bed and Breakfast. The rooms were modern and clean with no issues. The staff were kind and courteous, but were not very well-aware of the tours, and you can only book the honda-bay tour through the hotel. Other hotels offer full service for tours. IF you are looking for more tranquil and relaxing, this is not the hotel for you. The road is close and very loud, even in your room you can hear it (And I was at the back). I could also hear people between the walls and I was always woken up early by people eating breakfast.

Puerto princesa stay”

The location, ambiance and staff

My family and I had a nice stay here. I really liked it that it was close to the airport and there is a really nice restaurant beside it called Balinsasayaw (if im not mistaken. Haha). It was also quite close to thr souvenier shops. The place itself was really nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and accomodating especially Eunice. She's very patient with our requests and tried her best to help me in anything i needed. The room was clean and tidy when we checked in. Food was ok but could be improved, really liked the coffee tho. The main concern for me are the doors on our room (14.. I think). The main door is too hard to open or close you have to put so much effort for it to work. Same goes on the toilet door that does close properly. Also, there was not much water on the shower especially at night. The room seems just right but there's not much room for bigger luggage. Wifi connection was ok tho sometimes it lags alittle. The wooden floor outside the rooms are making squicky sound whenever you step on it which makes it abit annoying and disturbing especially if you're walking with people sleeping. But altogether our stay was ok, couldve been better tho. I would still recommend this place for short term stay in Puerto Princesa. PS they also help you with the underground river tour as well as the El Nido transfer in a package. :)

Nothing fancy, but the staff is friendly, the bed is comfy. The noise outside can be a little loud, but you can always ask them to turn the blaring radio down after hours. Overall, good place to park your stuff en route to other places near Puerto Princesa.

You get what you pay for....”

Very friendly staff, proximity to airport and commercial areas.

If not for the really friendly and very accommodating staff, our stay here wouldn't be worth it.We just needed a place for overnight stay in puerto princesa because we were doing the underground river tour. The room (including the bathroom) doesn't have a pleasing smell. Bathroom looks like it wasn't really cleaned before we came in. The staff, hands down, very, very courteous, attended to all our requests. As soon as we came out of our room, we were offered breakfast right away.We did an early check-out, they let us keep our stuff at the lobby and let us use their shower even after we have checked out already. Not being ungrateful but that bathroom could use a lot of cleaning up.

It was a pleasant one.”

Beautiful country-like ambiance, near a well-known restaurant, and easy to find.

The look and feel of the place exceeded my expectation. The room for "triple" was just enough though it was not spacious, and the toilet was not spacious too, though the design of the fixtures is modern thus looked new. Breakfast served is continental, meaning it just consists of bread, butter, jam and scrambled egg with instant coffee or other drinks for breakfast. No other meals are served other than breakfast. The hotel is very ideal for those scheduled to join tours. It justifies its name "Bed and Breakfast" if those two are the tenant's main purpose plus the place is pleasing to the eyes because of its beautiful ambiance and cleanliness resulting to a pleasant stay.

I think it was d best value for money hotel in the area. It was near a famous restaurant(balinsasayaw) and a laundry shop. Too bad the agoda map was off. If u want to get there just ask to be transported to balinsasayaw in a manalo st. I think the exhaust fan in the cr was not working. The led on the aircon was too bright so we covered it with something.

Stay away from this hotel! ”

It is our first time to visit Palawan and I booked Villa Fuerte Bed and Breakfast as it looks promising from its description and pictures. Please take note that I don't usually give a negative review but I feel so compelled to write for this one. So, it turns out to be the exact opposite of what they described. Okay here's what we had: a very small Deluxe room not suited for 2 people, flooded toilet, the shower is not working and sometimes the toilet doesn't flush so they gave us a bucket filled with water. I asked the front desk what is happening and their response is to inform them that we are using the shower so they can turn on the pressure for water. The ceiling is messed up and mind you the wallpapers are just taped so it won't fall. They never clean our room for our entire stay. The AC is blowing right in front of our face with no way to fix it. The garden view was fake- they said it is under renovation. The hotel is right in front of the road so you will hear all the vehicle's noises and their radio was too loud. It was a terrible experience..we couldnt wait to be out from the hotel. The breakfast is only 1 egg and 2 slices of white bread. Pls save your money and look for another hotel. Thanks

Overall it was a nice hotel.”

Location, Cleanliness, Nice Staff

Overall it was a nice hotel. Breakfast includes 2 slices of toast, butter/orange jam on side, scrambled eggs and coffee. A couple things to keep in mind: 1.) Wifi-can be slow and sometimes not accessible but if you tell the staff, they will reset it so it can speed up again. 2.) There isn't a shower curtain so the floors by the toilet and sink can get wet.

dusty and hot”

location, friendly staff

Aircon on the second floor of the loft is not doing it's job; extremely hot even in the evening. There's a lot of mosquitos inside the room. Breakfast was so-so, no choice for breakfast (coffee, 2toasts, egg, and a slice of fruit), the room was very dusty. Feels like the room has not been cleaned. We requested for a change of room but accdg to the staff there are no more rooms available. Also there's a kid who keeps on running outside and since the floors are made of wood, we can hear it from the inside. The only upside is that the receptionist is accomodating and that the location is near the airport. Overall, I wouldn't rexommend this place to any of my family/friends.

Run down place in desperate need of an upgrade ”

Location and staff friendliness

It was once a place with charm and character but these days are long gone. The place is in desperate need of an upgrade, a bit of paint, some deep cleaning and some TLC. The patio could be a great place to meet some people over a beer. They don't sell soft drinks or beer, however. The courtyard probably once was a beautiful garden... Now the little fountains are dry, and used to dry mops. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will arrange your transport to your next destination. Other than that it's a very basic place, slightly overrated and craving the style it once had.
