Wonderful Experience”
The rooms are clean. very accommodating ang staff.. maalwan din ang mismo location nito right in front of the beach.. may malaki rin space in front where you can spend the night hanging around with friends.. i will definitely reccommend this place.

Affordable and Good Location”
This was our first stay at this resort. It is located at one end of White Beach, placing it close to, but away from the loud entertainment section of the Beach. Our preference. It was also close to restaurants open for breakfast early in the mornings. While we missed a few of the amenities (welcoming drinks, drinking water, WiFi login) when we first checked in, the staff was quick to rectify the situation the following morning. The staff was complemented by several cats roaming the property, which provided me with added comfort since I have to leave two cats behind when I travel. As noted by others, the resort has open grounds which included shaded hammocks for relaxation. A very nice experience.

Value for money and beachfront!”
I love the location, the open private space outdoor for guest to hang around. I will bring my kids here. I hope that the owner will upgrade it's facilities and exterior to make it look more modern. If you are staying here, don't miss the Italian resto beside it. I can't get over their pizza and coffee!!! Jonah, the transgender caretaker will make you feel at home.

Great value for money, good shower, but hard mattress for us. Staff's are there, just cleaning and do their own thing. I'd recommend higher if it had comfy mattress to sleep on.

This place is pet friendly. The staff are very accommodating and they attend to your needs. Very accessible to the beach. The garden is my highlight of this place. I love how they place the hammock it is very relaxing. Hope you’ll be able to fix the shower soon and make the room lights a little brighter. Looking forward for more improvements for this place so much potential.

the tap water from bath room is yellow and smelly”
staffs are nice but the bathroom is not that clean. especially the water for bathing are yellow and very smelly. staffs told me it was because it's deep well water, well from my knowledge, deep well water should be clean and non-smelly.

Cant recommend”
Location is Great, however its a bit pricey compare to other resort with great location too. I requested a seaside view, but the room given has no view at all. They gave us the room that is Old and tucked inside the two story Hut. and so I requested to transfer to other room, but they wont let me because the rooms still available is for Grps of 4. There are no Chairs for guest wants to enjoy the ocean, But a cottage with swing that has to be shared with staff and other Guest.

The manager of the hotel is a bad person, when i asked for the Wi-Fi she just reply that the signal was bad and doesn't want to give it to me .doesnt want to give me new towel,in 3 daus no one cosme to clean my room,her husband is a staff member just looking after money. No water in the shower. The bathroom was smelling very bad, yellow water. Very bad experience,i don't recommand it!!!!!

a very relaxing and enjoyable beach outing”
White beach in PG is the perfect place for those whose intent is just to spend time swimming and lazing in a sandy beach. For fun but quiet surroundings, Villa Bienvenida is the best choice since it is far enough but walking distance from White Beach Resort and VM resort where the pub and nightlife is located (which last until 3 am, thus you won't be able to have a good night sleep because of the noise). I think the resort is reasonably priced at half priced of P1,788/night for two (since we were there in june, during low season) but would be considered too costly if its high season since ambiance is very simple, basic but clean. As advertised and delivered, hot and cold showers are there, towels, soap and tissue are provided, cable tv is working, staff are friendly and accommodating, food is delicious and reasonably priced but room is very basic with two queen beds and just a table with no lampshade. Aircon is working. If you are more after the ambiance of a luxurious hotel, Tamaraw beach resort in Aninuan (which is just 50 meters away and divides Aninuan from white beach by big rocks) is another option at same half price but has a swimming pool. But the beach perse in their location (Aninuan) is not sandy and has more stones and pebbles than white beach.

Affordable Privacy”
We went to Puerto Galera during the Holy Week. All other beach front hotels had huge crowds staying in front of them. However, we were able to get a lot of breathing space with Villa Bienvenida even if it's also a beach front hotel. My friends and family had a lot of beach space to themselves, even at night when the crowds are at their largest. The only concern was the speed of food service during breakfast. It wasn't fast but it's also probably due to the huge volume of orders. Will I stay in Villa Bienvenida again? Of course. :-)

Ms. Marie is very accommodating. She gave me their annex single detached cottage with veranda. The room was spacious. Clean bathroom. Its near the beach. I will definitely book in this resort again on my future visits to Puerto Galera.

It was a short, overnight stay whenever we spend a weekend at Puerto Galera. Villa Bienvenida Beach Resort is a great place for on-the-budget travellers and overnighters. The place is clean, well-fenced and the people managing are great!

Superb!!!”
The room for two is huge and very spacious and clean. The hote is few steps away from sandy beach compared to other area its stoney. They have a restaurant and tables near shore with umbrella and the view of the beach while you eat. They have the best served food plus affordable price--compared to the majority of the resto nearby are overpriced. Just one con is that the servers needs improvement--- they need to be more attentive to customers who seats outside where the unbrella table is and be prompt with taking orders. I will definitey recommend and refer to friends and will definitey come back to this place again and again. Very friendly people and the owners as well are great.👍😍😎

Pleasant stay”
Our stay at the Villa Bienvenida Beach Resort was pleasant. It is located on the quiet part of the beach but short walking distance to where bars with bands and fire dancers are. The room is basic with 2 queen size beds with a small table in between. The aircon is working properly. The bathroom has hot and cold water with clean towels. The television is small and the lighting not so good. The premises is well kept. The lady in charge is accommodating and pleasant.

The resort was ok. Nice, spacious, good airconditioning, and located at a quiet area of white beach. My only complaint is that shower water pressure was low and bathroom water not clean, not sure if thats how it is in puerto galera.

Good overnight stay”
Villa Bienvenida Beach Resort is a good choice for budget travelers. It has the makings of a decent accommodation plus it is clean and comfortable. Villa Bienvenida is located on the far end of the beach, thus the area of the resort is quiet and peaceful. No worries though as it is still accessible to the restaurants and stores in the beach. Staff are also easy to deal with.

Cozy and great location”
We've been to White Beach many times so our expectations are adjusted. For us, this place was great, quiet and right on the beach. The rooms are being renovated but we stayed in an older one which had 2 beds, warm shower and was quite big so that's really all we need but it was old and not really pretty but had all we needed. The grounds are clean even though there was some construction. The restaurant has decent food, cold beers and brewed coffee that is quite rare in White Beach. I would recommend to someone looking for comfy yet standard accommodations.

We were lucky enough to have the best room, first floor with view on the beach. Great scenery, close to all White Beach restaurants and shops, great restaurant just in front. One thing, the room is not cleaned everyday, in fact wasn't cleaned once in the 6 days we stayed there...
