Terrific value hotel close to Paris Disneyland”

We had a terrific 3 night stay at Vienna House Dream Castle. Our family room and bathroom were both large and clean. Shuttle was terrific for access to Disneyland and the train station. Would definitely recommend this to other Disney Paris travellers - our only disappointment is that we didn't get the chance to make the most of all the facilities at Vienna House Dream Castle.

Exceptional”

The hotel is very close to Disneyland Paris and the metro if you’re looking to travel to the city. There are activities to keep kids busy if you plan to spend time at the hotel. The surrounding area is beautiful and the walking trail is very relaxing with nice views. However, the breakfast and dinner buffet were not reasonably priced or delectable and does not include drinks/water for dinner. The room had a faint smell and there was never hot water to shower only luke warm. Also no microwave but did have a small fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful, I was always greeted with charm. Housekeeping staff were very professional and courteous. Overall I would stay here again but will seek other options for meals.

Easy access to Disneyland”

We chose this hotel just because it provides shuttle service to Disneyland (right beside to RER train station). Shuttle service is frequent and fantastic. Staff is approachable, friendly and professional. Hotel does provide baggage storage service as well. Thumbs up to this. Room is great, very considerate with the curtain beside our bunk bed (we booked family room). However toilet tiles are so slippery that all of us almost fell when it is wet (might need to place anti slippery mats or whatever). It is quite dangerous if someone just broke his legs or arms during shower. There is restaurant on site but if you would like a light meal just grab it at the convenient store at the train station before got back to the hotel. Overall I will still come back for this hotel if I am visiting Disneyland again.

Cool hoter with nice deco”

We went here with two kids. The hotel with castle theme and it was very beautiful gotel. With little playground in the lobby. The surrounding is also beautiful. They have shuttle bus (free) to disneyland and arrange taxi to la valle village at the rate of 5 euro (returns)

Great location with nice rooms good service good food and friendly staff”

The hotel is conveniently located just a ten minute shuttle ride from Eurodisney and sits in the middle of nature which is lovely after a long day in Disneyland. The Family rooms are great with comfortable large king beds for parents and bunkbeds with curtains for the kids. The size of the room and bathroom is really nice and the kids were really happy with it. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and if one goes before 9.00 am it is quite relaxed. Staff is friendly everywhere at the hotel. We used the swimming pool which was really nice. We have stayed at the hotel twice and really enjoyed it and will certainly come back.

Nice theme hotel”

hotel is easily located with free shuttle service from rer station. the lobby has good theme design which enhance our experience in exploring disneyland. good transport service to the outlet mall with a fee of 5 for to&fro from outlet mall. remember to get vip coupon from the receptionist to enjoy additional discount. although we booked a std room but we are given a room with a king sized bed and double decker bed at the side. our kid love it very much based on the following 1. good decor 2. arcade and game stations 3. indoor swimming pool 4. spacious room 5. cartoon network in one of tv channel.

I would recommend this hotel 100% if your planning a trip to Disney land it's very pretty the rooms are nice and big with bunk beds my daughter (5 years old) loved the hotel the reception area had game area (not for free) the breakfast was included it was lovely so overall recommend 100% shuttle bus goes to Disneyland and the airport overall I would go and stay there again 100% thank you to the staff they were lovely

We spend Excellent time there”

We book 4 double rooms, one of them was upgraded to family room without any extra charge. Hotel was nice and clean and staff we cooperative even though they was extremely busy. The only thing we notice to add some fresh fruit in the breakfast menu. Free car park, free WiFi and free shuttle service to Disneyland is very good options for guests.

Great location for visiting Disneyland ”

The hotel has a free shuttle which runs every few minutes to disneyland which is very convenient. We were there in the quite part of the season so didn't deal with too many crowds. Breakfast at the hotel was great and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel for disneyland visit”

Excellent hotel for visiting disneyland with kids. Breakfast was extremely kid friendly with plastic utensils and ample high chairs(STOKKE). Very nice outdoor garden. Lobby was full of kids amusement facilities. Rooms were big and clean. Free shuttle bus directly to doorstep of hotel. Free parking.

Great hotel near Disneyland! ”

Very nice hotel with games, claw machines and other arcade games for kids in the lobby. Castle style hotel that really appeals to kids, with rooms that has two double beds and a bunk bed for kids. Good breakfast too!

Itz nearby disneyland n la valee outlet but very far frm city ... if u prefer a quiet place then tis is the place ... from the train station marne la village there is a free shuttle bus to the hotel and it ends at midnite ... the family room is big n itz ideal for family wz young children ...

Excellent”

The hotel is located about a ten minute shuttle ride to Disneyland and Disney Village ( the shuttle is used by 3 other hotels, so it may get crowded during peek times). The room is spacious and great for accommodating a family of four. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The only issue we expecienced while staying at the hotel, was that they had no water throughout the hotel for a few hours, which was very irritating and uncomfortable for someone who has issues with germs. Overall I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Perfect for family ”

I stayed there 5 days with my wife & my son 5 yrs. the hotel is a good & convenient for family stay especially if your are planning to go to Disneyland. the hotel have a free shuttle bus to Disneyland every 20 mins. & a shuttle service to la vallee village mall ( for 3 euros round trip). The breakfast is good but i would recommend if they have more varieties. The staff is very helpful.

Very nice hotel with good facilities !”

The hotel's location is very convenient for Disney Paris visitors as the shuttle bus keeps running every 20 min or so til 1am. The lobby and rooms are big size and facilities are very good. Staff are quite friendly. The only thing we didn't like is they don't answer the phone, so we had to go downstairs and ask the receptionist if we needed anything.

Family Friendly”

We were given a very spacious room which was very comfortable for my family of 3. The hotel has a very festive mood (may be because it was Christmas time) and family friendly facilities (eg game stations) which my 4 year old son enjoyed very much. The hotel provides free shuttle to Paris Disneyland which is located just next to the Eurostar train station.

Nice”

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable (double queen room). Staff at check in and breakfast were friendly. Too bad pool has to be closed for covid. But it was a perfect hotel to visit disneyland and we'll stay again in future.

Fantastic hotel with family room”

Hotel room is spacious for a family of 4, a king size bed and a bunk bed. Breakfast is good. Check in & out was easy, the staff Boris was very helpful. There is also an Airport transfer bus on schedule timing. Free shuttle bus every 15/20 mins to Disneyland, Disney Village and train station. Val d’Europe mall & La Vallee Village Outlet is just one station away. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful place and super yummy dinner buffet”

If you visited Disneyland this is a good choice to stay. Everything is nice and especially we like to have a walk in their beautiful garden and lake! For sure will stay again next time.
