Worth for the money you pay”

This is the third times I stay with Victoria Homes M City. The first apartment I stayed was superb. Clean, comfortable, high speed WiFi, tv with Netflix so I expected the same when I stay for the third times. However, I’m quite disappointed as the apartment that I stayed recently was dirty. The floor was oily. No 3 in 1 coffee provided. This is what I assume. If you pay more then you’ll get better facilities. This time I only paid for RM200 for a two bedrooms apartment, the first time I stayed here I paid RM300 for a two bedrooms apartment. Since there’s RM100 different, so I can’t get full facilities. Nevertheless, the room was still comfy. So next time

Exceptional”

Our stay from 21st November-24th November was awesome. We were given a unit that looked exactly as in the picture. The check in process was smooth, the owner and Miss Atika were very helpful abd responsive. The location is good and the fact that there are Village Grocer and Watson at the ground floor is very convenient for a family vacation. Overall we loved our stay at Victoria M City that we will book our stay here again next time.

Clean and very nice. It worked out around RM250 per night for comfortable two bedrooms service apartment. Condition was so much better than any budget hotel with the same price. Downstairs inside the M City itself has village grocer and village cafe where you can go there for a breakfast. They sell many kinds of fresh oyster and sashimi. I would definitely recommend it to friend.

Pros: Room was big and had lots of storage. Came with full size fridge, oven, stove, and utensils. Beds were comfortable. Adapters provided in room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was a short, inexpensive Uber drive away from the city center. Cons: Small water heater Overall, I will be returning and would recommend. Also try the curry at the restaurant downstairs (Old Spice), very good!

Stayed here twice. First time was confusing as Google maps directed us to the back side of the building, where parking access was, but I could not find the meeting place to get the key from the staff as it was on the other side of the building. They found me, though. The first time we had 5 adults & 2 toddlers. Got 2 bedroom duplex - fit us all nicely. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, access to nice small playgrounds & a pool with a nice view of KLCC. Location is as good as any in KL. 2nd time was just 2 adults & 2 toddlers & they made an error - we booked a 1 bedroom duplex but they gave us a single level studio. They were fully booked & could not give us what we booked. They were very apologetic & gave a partial refund to make up for the error. Overall, nice new buildings but builder craftsmanship not so good - some doors didn't meet quite right, one baseboard knocked in as just held by grout, a few sloped steps, door closer mounted wrong so scraped door's top.

The apartment look exactly like those in photos. Everything was perfect except that we was told about their issues with the management about security.. we need to sneak coz we are scared to bump into the building security officers.. Parking is max Rm10 per night. Apart from all those everything is nice.. The host is nice too and most importantly, he is easily contactable :)

We stayed with family and friends., A very relaxing place, what you see is wahat you get.. Everything you needed is provided from the kitchen to the laundry, dining and beddings. They have comfortable bed like in the 4star hotel.. Internet is good ..The facilities are good, security is ok.. They have supermarket, 7 eleven at the ground floor.. The scenery at the high floor and at the swimming pool are very nice with the relaxing city view.. We much like the heated swimming pool. They also provide free parking for the guest..The staff Ate very good and accommodating .. Overall we enjoy our stay.. We will come back again and recommend to our friend..

The rooms were excellent , spacious and modern home, but once side curtain rail is missing , so there's only 1 side curtain.

Pros : the room was spacious,cleanliness was ok,they have all the kitchen utensil needed. Cons : the parking is not free,water heater can only works a little while, the towel have very bad smell,WiFi is not working at all, n had very bad coverage at that area,the worst part is Victoria home has complicated problem with M Home City management,they r not suppose to rent out the rooms n apartment for short term uses. there will b some annoying security knocking on the door asking to check if we r the tenants around 10pm-11pm,it's very unsafe coz they bang the door like nobody business,wouldn't go back for second time!

It Was Great, but could improve.”

The house was beautiful, the price was definitely worth it and I guess the cleanliness was okay. They could do a little bit more improvement on the facilities and maintainance, as in my case was the hair dryer which wasn't working, there wasn't any dental kits and maybe add a tissue box or two at the dining area and hall. The bed sheets could also use a little bit of ironing as they really look a bit messy. But other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely plan another stay there again. This was my first time putting up in Victoria home and this place is not too far away from the city center. Location was convenience and some shopping and food eatery is available. The room are clean, spacious and well designed. I would certainly like to go back to this place and also recommend more traveler to stay.

Good and bad about the apartment”

I would like to say this is a valuable apartment to stay. Nice views and good location. However overall is not excellent as the review shown, I only able to give a good to the review. Check in only via WhatsApp, face to face meet to get the keys plus the device as you can drive to the car park to auto open the barrier but it's not working all the times. Apartment cleaniness just very normal the floors was very sticky, bed sheets and towels r clean but with hairs on it. Washroom tiles with stained and the worst part if u sleep with the futons fulled of cigarette smell. Check out u have to call them advance but they may not pick up the phone. Hopefully they will improve next time.

Spacious, clean, great facilities ”

I booked two bedrooms suite. The suite is spacious. My son loves it so much because there’s enough space for him to run around. My mom loves it too. There’s a microwave for her to preheat our food. The suite is clean. However, there’re things which I think need to be improved. It’s better if there’s a single tier shelf in the bathing area so that we can place our shampoo and body wash. Otherwise, we need to put them on the floor. The owner should also provide a glass at the basin for us to place our toothbrush. It’s inhygiene if we just put our toothbrush on the basin.
