I had great stay on there. From check in until check out all staff really helpfully, from am coming security help me to bring my luggage and the recepcionist is friendly person. Have nice lobby and interior i love that 😍, only 5 minutes for check in i got my room key and staff from receptiont help me and give information about jakarta. On corridor I met housekeeping and their gretings to me, am so really impresive for that. The room was spacious and for cleanliness is awesome. Bathroom is great, they had hairdrayer and until am check out the staff from housekeeping help me to bring my luggage am remembered his name is Dimas, same like me. He ask me about my staycation and I told to him all is great. And When am check out the recepciont remember my name, her name is Tika. Beautiful young lady. It's really great experience to stay with verse luxe hotel. I'll be back again for my staycasion 🥰🥰

Verse Luxe is an excellent hotel choice! Location wise, it is just a 5 minute or less walk to Sarinah, around 10-15minute walk to Plaza Indonesia, and about a 20 minute walk to Monas. The room I got was clean, and the facilities worked well. The only downside is, like what the other comments say, check-in takes longer than usual, and I didn’t really find the front desk staff to be friendly like others, but they were professional though. And also, I don’t really like the idea that housekeeping has to knock and ask daily if I wanted to get my room cleaned. I wake up pretty late and this always disrupts my sleep. But the cleaning lady is very nice though. She immediately replaces used towels, even the complimentary water bottles. To sum it all up, despite the minor setbacks, at Verse Luxe you are getting so much more than what you’re paying for. I’m pretty sure I’m staying here again the next time I visit Jakarta!

Very clean, well-located hotel. It was not a luxury getaway for sure, but it got everything I needed. Decent size room with simple interior decor, all in-room facilities worked fine. The breakfast menu was limited but worked fine for me. The only issue was probably the small parking space with nearly no space for drop-off, so it was difficult for my taxi to maneuver. But since I was not the one who drive, it was not really a problem for me. All in all, if you want to explore the city center in a budget hotel with walking distance to Bundaran HI complex, this one is definitely one to consider.

Hotel Manager Anto service was outstanding, aid us with our hotel rooms and Sales Manager Nita accommodate to all our queries regards to the event venue booking of Mangia. Great services from all the staff from entrance till checkout. Very good experience and looking forward to come over to stay again. A feedback will be the hotel toilet bowl, sink and equipment might need to check as some of them seems to be half faulty. Will be good to upgrade or check it is fully functional for hotel guest. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was very knowledgable, helpful and polite. The location is near to town. The walking distance is not so far if u wanted to go to Sarinah , Grand Indonesia and plaza Indonesia. Easy to reach by Grab if you using grab as transportation. The room is comfortable, clean & the ambiance also very nice. The food is just nice & delicious.

This is my honest and humble review. On all fairness, I couldn't find any fault about the hotel and their services. The staff did their utmost best to make my stay a comfortable one. they are so pleasant to be approached and talk to. Hotel was good , the hotel location was very near to sarinah mall. The location is really great as it stands in the area that provides a lot of food and hawker at night. Even if you want to have dinner in restaurant or just cool down with some coffee, there are also options in this area. Breakfast was very good and delicious. · I think the shower area needs to have a safety bar to help people who are using it especially the elderly to help in their movements inside the shower room.

I was plan to stay here for 1 night only.. but unfortunately.. The room,service was very good.. then I extend my stay for 2 days more.. there about 7min walk to sabang.. (variety food n halal) 7min-10min walk to tanah abang(but too crowded). U may ordered grab and go to places that ur wish easily.. here also have grab bike(recommended for backpack/solo) and if u tired to find food.. its also easily to get grab food(variety food).. the hotel was very strategic.. it was at the center.. Easy to go anywhere.. nearby to sarimah mall..gambir station..monas.. From Shah 🇲🇾
