It wasn't my first choice as it is far from SM and Session Rd. But it was the weekend and all the best rooms in Baguio are pretty much occupied. Since I did my booking last minute, I had no choice but to choose the best out of what was left...and I'm glad I chose Venus Parkview Hotel. Staff were very courteous, friendly and accommodating . Very smooth and fast check-in and check-out. Everything was clean and bed was very comfortable. Location's good if you love walking around Burnham Park and other nearby landmarks. The best part is waking up to a very beautiful sunrise overlooking Burnham Park. Beautiful lobby. Great selection of food for breakfast (Love the chicken tocino). Had a very pleasant and wonderful stay. I will definitely go back!!!

Best time ever!!! My friend and I were a little hesitant at first because they have maintenance works going on when we got there. But lo and behold, the room was worth the hassle. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were heavenly... Stuff we were not expecting from a 3 star hotel! We spent more time sleeping! Lol... The food was good. We had chopsuey, lechon kawali, ang grilled cheese sandwich with iced tea for dinner! The morning buffet, honestly had limited choices but you will definitely eat everything!... My friend and I will come back to Baguio soon! And there is no other place we would like to stay, than of course, at the Venus Parkview Hotel!

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have great amenities. Although the lobby going to the rooms are not so impressive, their rooms are actually great. Waking up to a foggy scenery of the Burnham Park gives you this very serene feel. If I would go back to Baguio, I will definitely stay at Venus Parkview Hotel

Highly recommended for travelers on budget”

Traveling from the bus terminal to hotel was easy because the hotel is just beside Burnham Park. The hotel lobby was elegant and clean, not too crowded when we were checking in. Employees were neat, courteous and accommodating. Checking in was quick and hassle-free. We were offered assistance in going to our room but I declined because I thought the room would be easy to find and we were just carrying 2 bags. But I thought wrong. We had to ask for directions twice! The room assigned to us was not easy to find probably because it was part of the newly-renovated wing. Elevator access was only available after climbing 2 flights of stairs so, it's not really PWD- nor elderly-friendly. But other than the access to the room itself, we really enjoyed our time in Venus Parkview. Our assigned room was homey, big and had a nice sweet scent. We had comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels. Wifi access in the room was fast, cable tv signal and hot water supply were reliable. Limited choices on the buffet breakfast but the food were delicious. Buffet area has a tendency to get crowded because it's accessible to non-checked in customers also. Which is what actually happened on our first morning. But on our second morning, the area was more manageable and pleasant. Had the chance to try the in-house restaurant, Olive Cafe, and was pleasantly surprised on the cost and serving size. Overall, Venus Parkview Hotel was a good choice and I would gladly recommend it to my relatives and friends. It is actually a lot cheaper but comparable in quality, if not a bit better than other 4-star hotels that I have tried here in Manila.

Right Priorities”

My parents decided to join me on what was supposed to be a solo trip, so I had to upgrad my travel and accommodation plans for their comfort. I wanted a moderately-priced hotel that had airconditioned rooms so we could shut out the noise outide at night. My parents initially doubted my choice because Venus is not one of the best known high-end hotels of Baguio, but we were all so pleased to find a well-maintained bedroom with fresh linens and towels, plus a nice view of the park. The staff were welcoming and attentive, especially those who welcome guests at the brightly lit and well-decorated lobby. For the price we paid, I do not mind that the corridors are not impressively designed. Our room was our priority, and we were not disappointed. What I would recommend though is that if you are travelling with seniors, you specify this when you book so they can give you rooms on lower floors, because most spaces are not PWD-friendly. Hearty buffet breakfast was included in the package.

Dear Venus Parkview Management and Staff Team, First of all, thank you for the warm and hussle free stay last Feb. 3 & 4, 2018. We really appreciate the warm accomodataion and excellent customer service you have provided during our short stay in the hotel. What we enjoyed about our stay were the following: 1.) Location of the Hotel - very accessible to the city - Session Road, Market, Parks and Churches 2.) Customer Service and Management Team - professional, helpful and they greeted us with a big smile all the time. 3.) Buffet Breakfast - Longer duration time from 7am to 2pm in the afternoon and, there were several choices of food - Cereals, Salad, Pasta, Rice, Chicken, Fish, Noodles etc. 4.) Interior Design of the Hotel - High ceiling at the ground Floor, Clean Facilities 5.) Bedrooms - We had it in the new wing with a view. Although sometimes it's a bit noisy because of the ongoing construction beside the building during day time but so far, we are okay with it. :-)

Awesome Holiday Vacation”

Venus Parkview Hotel has one of the most hospitable staffs and wonderful rooms. We arrived too early for the regular 2pm check-in, we arrived at 6AM. The staff welcomed us and informed of a regular fee if we planned on checking in early, which we did. We got to our room in no less than 10 minutes. Only 2 things, our phone in the room is not working and the peephole in the door has scratches on the glass. the room is 342.

Family with kids ”

First time we booked a hotel using Agoda and it was hassle free the hotel recommended by agoda was excellent (Venus park view hotel) all the staff attended our needs, breakfast buffet was excellent! All the request was given, including early check in and late check out. Friendly staff from the check in counter to the restaurant! We finally found a place to stay in whenever we travel to Baguio!

Very Accommodating”

At first, it was not good since, there are some misunderstanding part in Agoda published photos and description vs the actual Hotel reservation. Maybe since I booked for almost a week, the next day, the Reception Manager advised us that they will upgrade our room in a Junior Executive, which is more favorable in our part. The kids love the room and we enjoyed our 5 days stay. The location is exactly beside the Burnham park, so you will enjoy a morning and afternoon walk. All staffs are accommodating and the buffet breakfast was great. Looking forward to stay on our next trip to Baguio :) Credits to Agoda for very affordable rate :)

Birthday treat!!”

My husband treated us for a baguio trip last may 31-june2.i booked the executive twin without balcony.i informed the hotel that maybe we will be checking in later than 2 but instead we arrived early.they immediately checked us in and showed us our room.the room was clean with comfy bed.the breakfast was great.they clean and refill the toiletries everyday.our stay in the hotel was worth every penny that we spent.will surely stay there again whenever we go to baguio.👏👏👏

Great stay”

The hotel is very near to burnham park and other resto that u can eat.if ur a walker like me its just easy to go to session road and sm baguio as well. The room we got was the superior room with balcony.its good for couples and a family of three coz the bed is a king size bed that can fit atleast 3person.its nice and cozy but it needs a bit of improvement. For example: 1. They only have 2 socket for the tv,fridge and kettle.so if u need to charge ur gadgets like fones,camera,go pro,etc... U have to unplug either one of their appliances.i suggest to have more electric sockets in the room.i was just lucky i brought my extention cord and 3in1 socket plug. 2.additional trashcan. They only have one and its in the bathroom.they should add one at the room itself. 3.no bidet.atleast have one in each room.its a bit a hassle and messy to use the pail and tabo to wash ur thing everytime u use the toilet 4.more hooks or rods in the toilet for clothes and extra towels to hang. Overall it was a great stay.the breakfast buffet was delicious.the staff are very nice and accomodating.we will surely comeback.😊

Room is spacious and clean. Staff are very courteous and polite with their clients. Location is very accessible to the taxis and very near to burnham park. All in all the stay is great! If I go back tk Baguio City I will defenitely book this hotel again

Noisy park at 4am”

T'was our second time to stay in this hotel and it will be our choice for the next baguio trips again I believe. Service is excellent. We are not only happy to be awaken at 4am by a Christmas songs that probably coming from the park. I hope the management will make arrangements with the park personnel on this matter.

Very chic”

Did not expect to enter such a chic hotel. Walking trough the hotel you could see they were stil renovating. But this was not bothering us. Great staff, very friendly. Great breakfast buffet! There was even cornflakes for the kids! Next to Burnham park. Taking a taxi is no problem: in Baguio they use the meter correctly! I would certainly come back here.

Couteous staff and best location”

The staff from frontdesk to housekeeping are all corteous and fantastic well trained to provide cuatomer service. Location is just accross burnham park which really delighted our little one. The clean surrounding also attracted us to enjoy baguio walking around relaxing.

our stay at the hotel is nice. the staff are all friendly. the breakfast is ok. and all our concern was attended right away even that time our stay the hotel is fully book. the only concern we have is the parking, but i think all of the hotel in baguio has this problem.

This deal's a steal”

I'm the type of person that meticulously looks at the bedding and bathroom of the hotel I'll be staying at. If it's not giving out the home-away-from-home vibe, then it's just not for me. I booked the hotel primarily because the bed looks so inviting. It's big, it's spacious and it looks so soft. Plus, the bathroom looks extremely nice and neat, even if it's just less than a quarter of the room. Looking at the photos gave me a sense of tranquility. I called the hotel prior to booking at Agoda to ensure that no problems would arise after booking it. To my surprise, the staff was also too nice accommodate my concerns and were very eager to answer all my inquiries. This made me more eager to book the hotel. Hence, after making this call, I clicked booked right away. Being a 3-star hotel, I wasn't really expecting a really, really good, top-of-the-line service. So, I was open to any kind of unpleasant behavior and unexpected problems that may arise when I come over. However, to my surprise, when I got there, I got more than what I paid for. If there ever was a downside, it would just be that the hotel's elevators are still under maintenance. You would have to use the stairs when going to the room. But this was established at the booking page, so it didn't matter much to me. Til the last day of my trip, I've nothing bad to say about the hotel. I had a good stay. Everywhere else was clean. Whenever I come across a staff, they greet us. Overall, it was such a pleasant weekend. I'll definitely be back for more weekend getaways!

Good value for money”

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was modest but good. The room was clean and they refill everything and changed the towels. If ever i need a place in baguio again, would definitely book again here. I will also recommend.
