Excellent service!!”

4 of us took 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights in Venus. Before our arrival, we have requested hotel to arrange for 1. Airport pick up 2. Private car from Hoi An to Hue 3. Train tickets from Hue to Danang. All were nicely arranged by Tracy, the front office manager, before our arrival. We were given a room upgrade too! The room is comfy, spacious bathroom with standing shower and bath tub. Tracy has been given us advice on places of interests and local eateries. Great recommendations! I love the banh mi. We also took her advice of not taking the free bike provided by the hotel but walked to the ancient town. It's about 10min walk. This is definitely a right choice!

Peaceful stay”

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is small but this means it is peaceful. We had a room on the fourth floor overlooking the pool which was very picturesque. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Venus hotel. We even changed our plans to stay again during our Vietnam trip. Rated 4star location due to the fact it is approximately 10mins walk to Hoi An centre.

Super great”

I booked in the morning for my afternoon arrival. They welcome me by actively help with the luggage and share us some tips for Hoi An visit, also with the hotel service info (pool, breakfast,...). Staffs have changed my booked room into a much bigger and nicer room even when I do not ask for that, because of my booked room can be hotter due to the sunlight in the afternoon. This really impressed me! The room was super comfortable with pool view. The location is quite near Hoi An Ancient town (10 -12 mins walking). Free bikes are also what i love about this place. Will introduce friends to this place thanks to good price and great service with friendly staffs!

I recently checked out and moved to Da Nang until I realized that I had left my sunglasses in safe box in the room. It was a very expensive sunglasses and I knew back of my mind I will never see it again. I still called the hotel and the receptionist said my room was already occupied by other guests and once they check out she will look into it. By then I literally gave up because I knew there is no chance. However the hotel notified me that they have found my sunglasses and they actually brought it back to my hotel in Da Nang!!!!!! I almost cried I can not say thank you enough to the hotel staff for going above and beyond. I will definitely stay again when I visit Hoi An and anyone who’s looking for a place in Hoi An, dont look elsewhere this is the place!!!

Wonderful stay in Hoi An”

We loved our stay at the Venus Hotel. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff- so helpful, kind and thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the location- being a on the edge of the hustle and bustle of the old town. The short walk to the old town gives you a chance to see everyday life in Hoi An.

Great value with the best staff you could ask for!”

I stayed in Hoi An for three days, and two nights. The staff were super friendly, and they knew exactly what the customers wanted. My friend and I came to ask about trips to My Son temple, how to get to An Bang beach, and whatsoever. Everything was greatly arranged! By the way, free bike rentals! Great ride to the beach. The pool is amazing, and the room was super clean. Definitely the finest quality for its price. IF i had to choose one point that lacked a bit, it would be location since it would be 15 min walk away from Old Town and it could be a bit far if there's a family trying to walk there with a stroller :) Thank you so much for the heartwarming service. This is my first time writing the review, and that's how much I was happy with my stay :)

From the moment we checked in we were greeted by helpful, friendly staff. They helped us with our bags, showed us where to go and gave us advise about Hoi An. We got upgraded to the deluxe room and it was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were the best! The hotel is brand new, it is clean, the breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and there was a lovely pool. The breakfast was good - there was a lot of choice. The staff were extremely helpful, smiley and attentive and asked what we were doing each day and gave good suggestions. The hotel offers free bikes and we used this each day and we used the laundry service - all of our clothes came back spotless and smelling amazing. I wish I had got all of my clothes done! The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to the old town, which is fine but it does get dark when walking home late at night. I wouldn't of wanted to walk alone. Using the bikes it is only a 2 minute cycle. The hotel was my fav in Vietnam and would def recommend!

Excellent Quality”

The manager, Ms Linh is a very helpful person as she helps to coordinate our airport transfer to Marble Mountain and then to the hotel despite the fact that our flight were delayed for 2.5 hours. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Ms Daisy who's attentive in serving us. She recommended us lots of places of visit in Hoi An and the told us the short cut roads to these places. Room is clean and huge. Super value for money. Breakfast is awesome with lots of variety to choose from. Should add in more local delicacies instead of serving more of western breakfast. Overall, this is a very good place to stay in. Would stay here again should I were to visit Hoi An in future. They deserve a 5 stars rating instead of a 3.5 stars as stated at the moment.

Great experience and kind staffs!”

After waterflooding , Hoi An City was a mess and I was forced to move to Venus Hotel. Fortunately, sunny day is coming and the Venus Hotel is overestimating by it's elegant outlook and great service. They have bicycles , swimming pool and gym for free use. I think next time I will choose here for accommodation.

Wonderful Stay”

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Upon checking in, the receptionist name Daisy asked me to be seated with my partner and she personally came to serve a plate of fruits and fruit juices. Then she took a map of the old city of Hoi An and explained how to go around. Last but not least, she personally let us to the room. Excellent service from her. Room is spacious and clean. There is a swimming in the middle of the block and the best part was, they have bicycle renting for free. Breakfast is just acceptable and the gym is not air=conditioned. Overall, it was excellent value for money and I will be staying here if I were to come back to Hoi An again.

Fantastic Venus”

Not very great sized, but the greatest qualified hotel that I ever experienced in this world. It was strongly comparable with more 5 star hotels for my family. All of the spontaneous staffs treated my family really comfotable and satisfactory. They fully arranged us for early check-in with no additional charge. It was the only  was cared very clean. Enough quantity and well maintained bicycles brings us to the old town and beach side very conveniently. We really want to stay one more single day, but so sad to leave the hotel causing by our suddenly changed tour schedule. My wife and teen aged son & daughter felt fantastic for the 1 day in this very valuable hotel. With no doubt, I will return to this hotel if come again and will very stronglly recommend every visitor to Hoi An.

Everything was perfect until the bike”

😄 Luxury, very good service, spacious, delicious food 😭 Some bikes are too old and rusty, need to be checked before It broken in the middle of the road. The hotel located close to hoi an night market good service and luxury design. The room was huge(bathroom as well) and full of equipment. The welcome drink are fruits and juice. Breakfast was good as well as the local food. However, one of the rental bike was in a really bad shape, It was too rusty and required a lot of effort to ride. Which made riding from hotel to night market exhausting.

I had a wonderful trip in Venus Hotel, the hotel gave us a welcome drinks and fruits for us. And because of my boyfriend's birthday, the hotel upgraded the room for us and helped me to buy a birthday cake to surprise my boyfriend. I really appreciate the hotel team. They were extremely helpful and nice. The location is good and just need to take 10 mins to walk from the ancient town. Moreover, the hotel provide provide free bike for customers which is good. The only thing make me feel a little bit disappointed is the breakfast. But overall is very good for us!

Brilliant Hotel with exceptional staff”

Quite simply the best hotel I have stayed in pound for pound. Look no further if you want quality service and accommodation at a very reasonable price. Location is excellent, rooms spacious and clean but most of all the staff made my visit one to remember. This will be the only hotel that I will use on my return to Hoi An.

Best Hotel for the Price”

The service of the hotel is exceptional. The hotel staffs are extremely polite and very respectful of us. I love the place and I would definitely stay here again when I revisit Hoi An. The room is huge and has a beautiful view. The bathroom is also nice. The hotel is also not too far from the main tourist attraction. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay.

Exceptional”

I can highly recommend this hotel. Although it lies a little outside old town, it is within walking distance. Also the hotel lends out free bicycles to use for getting to the beach or other places. The bikes are lady-style bikes and are in reasonable shape (not too old, but not exactly new)as well as being well-oiled. The staff is extremely friendly, and one lady in the reception even told my wife that she has a beautiful smile and is very pretty. They didn't know it was our honeymoon, but thank you to that receptionist for making her day. We will definitely look up Venus hotel if we decide to go back to Vietnam.

Great hotel!!”

Stayed 2 nights here. The staff here are friendly and helpful including the front desk, bell boy and cafe’s staff. Help us a lot when l met problem with buying internet SIM card! They also recommend us the food and places in Hoi An. The breakfast is delicious and of verity of choices. They also provide fresh fruit and great local coffee. Last but not least the room is clean and in good condition! Overall experience was awesome!! You won’t regret just be there.

very lovely hotel, ok location, nice breakfast”

The Venus Hotel had the most comfortable and biggest bed I've ever had so far. The pillows and sheets were super nice that I just wanted to stay in bed all day. They provide you with a silk bathrobe that also felt nice. Wifi was pretty good almost all of the time. The breakfast was really nice and had a wide selection. I was too scared to ride a bicycle because of the traffic but a lot of people took bicycles into the Old Town. Otherwise, the walk isn't that terrible since there's a lot to look at and it's safe. When I checked out, the staff forgot to give me my passport back and I only realized this when I had reached my hotel in Danang. The staff dropped it off that same day immediately. Very nice stay!

Lovely staff, close by the old town and comfortable bed”

The receptionists are incredibly lovely and friendly. I got a lot of help from Oanh and her colleagues when it came to where to go, what to do and where to eat in the old town and Hoi An. The bed was really comfortable and the bathtub was awesome! The breakfast buffet was good and enjoyable. I highly recommended this hotel for anybody who comes to Hoi An.

excellent hotel, but a bit far from town”

This hotel and its staff are superb. Spotlessly clean rooms, friendly, competent, helpful staff and excellent included breakfast makes this hotel a great choice in Hoi An. The only downside was the 20+ minute walk to the main tourist/shopping/restaurant area.
