Not Ha Long Bay, cockroaches in bathroom”

The food was good and the bed was quite comfortable
The overall boat was old and dirty, the bathroom had cockroaches. The communication during the trip was bad, it would have been nice to be informed better about what was going on. For example, when we got out of the room in the morning there was a big group of tourists who had just boarded the boat, would have been nice to know that more people were joining us. Also, the listing says Ha Long, but it’s not. We were at Cat Ba island&#47;Lan Ha bay. The activities were okay, a bit rushed. A bit odd to have a sunset party at 14:30. We would have preferred to cruise around more. There was a lot of trash at the swimming location. Not worth the money

Excellent Value for Money cruise of Lan Ha bay( not Ha Long Bay, but better and less crowded)”

The cruise had excellent focus on the travellers experience, the staff was attentive and helpful. The food was a lot, but since we are vegetarian, we only had tofu and fruits for option.
It&#39;s quite rushed, we only had 30 minutes for kayaking, and 30 minutes for swimming. The location for swimming had a lot of garbage floating and there were 2 huge garbage bags. This is not in control of the cruises, The bathroom was out of supplies, and they didn&#39;t have a water filter, so you have to buy water bottles after the 2 small complimentary water bottles ( If you&#39;re going here or to any cruise, carry a 5 liter can or water)

The bed was extremely comfortable. The views were great from the boat. Food was mostly local seafood. Activities were well organised. We knew what was happening most of the time. Good skydeck for relaxing.
Not on the boat very long in the evening before the activities day, so if sleeping on a boat isn&#39;t new to you, probably worth doing the day trip only. Squid fishing unlikely to catch anything.

Highly recommend this cruise, it&#39;s so much value for your money! Staff is super friendly and helpful at all times, they really went out of their ways to make us happy during our cruise! The rooms are beautifully furnished and come with a big soft and comfortable bed. Nothing better than waking up in the morning and having the scenery of Ha Long Bay right in front of you! The food is delicious and plenty! Even too much most of the time... There are several activities from early morning (Tai Chi) until late in the evening (squid fishing) to make sure nobody is bored. Kayaking was super fun and our favourite! We will come back again for sure, we were so happy during our whole stay! Pookie and Stephan

Good medium budget cruise around Ha Long Bay. Staff were amazing and very flexible to everyone’s different tastes and willingness to participate in the activities. Loads of food included at each meal time. Special mention to Michael, who made the trip brilliant.
I think my room was right near the engine, so when we were on the move it wasn’t very easy to rest because of the noise.

We had a charming, knowledgeable host called Michael who made our trip extra special. The staff on board the boat were also very friendly. We loved our room with the views of Ha Long bay. We also really enjoyed the kayaking and squid fishing

The bedroom was excellent with amazing views. The tour guide was great with perfect English and really nice. The water activities (kayaking, swimming) were the best of the cruise! Would recommend the cruise is worth the price.
It&#39;s not I didn&#39;t like but is more a recommendation, the food was too much. I would prefer just a 3 course meal (starter, main and dessert&#47;coffee) instead of 5 course meal. So we would spend less time eating and enjoying more free time. We could as well spend more time at Cat Ba island but I understand there was limited time.

The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Michael, the tour leader on our first day, was fantastic, full of energy and good to have a laugh with. The organisation of the day tours was amazing, everything went like clockwork. We did 2 night cruise and the areas this cruise takes you were away from the overcrowded ones. The food on board was plentiful (too much actually) and was top quality, with happy-hour drinks quite cheap. This cruise was everything we’d hoped for and would highly recommend!
The address is very confusing, Got Ferry Terminal is actually near Hai Phong City, not in Halong Bay, as stated, so be warned when planning your trip.

The tour was really, really good. Even though the price seems to be quite high for Vietnam, it is 100% worth it. The food is great, the sunset and sunrise beautiful and the stuff as friendly as we saw it nowhere else in Northern Vietnam.
Karaoke in the night might have stopped earlier than 11pm in order to get enough sleep.

Our guide Trung was super friendly and attentive. The boat was super cozy, beds were comfortable. No problems with hot water. A lot of food (I mean it - to much food, although everything was delicious.)

If your looking for a reasonably priced cruise THIS IS IT!”

We did the 3 day 2 night cruise. From pick up to drop off the staff were amazing and really looked after you. The guides Michael and Trung were so lovely, polite and funny. They definitely know what they’re talking about. I was actually poorly on one of the days during the cruise and Trung passed this information on to our next guide for the day so they could give me some medicine and make sure I was ok. I really appreciated this as it saved me having to repeat myself and it shows how much the staff care. The food is very good and there is a lot of it. 5 course meal for lunch and dinner and a buffet style breakfast. You do have to pay for your own drinks which are more expensive than on mainland but are still cheap. The room is brilliant with massive windows so you can see the view. Bed is so comfy. Bathroom is reasonably sized with a nice shower. They’ve got the balance right between relaxing you and doing activities. But prepare for some early 7am starts! My one tip for anyone going on these cruises is to pack warm clothes as it does get cold!

Awesome Cruise Experience along Halong Bay. Valentines Day well spent. Good crew and service. The food was excellent with multiple courses that were well done. The trips for the boat ride and hospital cave were well place! Just wish I had more time to spend on Cat Ba and the cruise!

What an awesome experience! The cruise is very comfortable, clean and according with all our expectations. Expect to eat well and a lot. The drinks price is a little bit high, but be aware that this happens in all cruises. Despite the weather wasn’t that good, River (the coolest cruise guide) made this two days in the Venezia cruises unforgettable. Thanks to all the cruise members, their sympathy was well noticed. Great value for money, really enjoyed it!”

Staff and tour guides were lovely and gave plenty of information. The organised activities were great!! Kayaking, cycling, visiting a local village and cooking classes on board. The rooms were also very nice and quite large.
Food is great but the only thing we can say is that it was a lot! 5 courses every meal was too much we usually couldn’t finish it.
