My Back Hurts”

I booked this homestay for 5 main reasons: location, spacious room, cleanliness, comfort, and good breakfast. Thr location is great and the room is spacious and well done. But then, instead of a mattress, they have a thin pad, and, instead of a real pillow, they have almost dollhouse-sized pillows. I had a very hard time sleeping and ended up with a sore back and hip. And cleanliness -- dusty serfaces, dirty glasses, dirty refrigerator, and a dozen cigarette buuts on the balcony. The breakfast, described by travelers as really good western and Asian food, was only store-bought ramen noodle packets. We went out to eat. My main goal was a good nights sleep, which was impossible given the sleeping pad and pillow. I look upon this stay as wasted money.

Nice one-night stay”

Clean full-furnished room. Good location. An old lady is the house guard. She’s grumpy and pretty much made my night a little oddly worrisome.
