Friendly owner, tidy room with swimming pool and gym”

The owner is very friendly and helpful which made my stay in Vietnam so much more enjoyable! Although the apartment is not in district 1, you can easily access there through a bridge. Or take a grab bike to the city centre which only costs a minimal. The only con - there was one neighbour who never shut their door and made a lot of noise during the night. But this is not the fault of the apartment itself so bring earplugs if you're light sleeper.

nice apartment for a short stay”

The apartment is fine for a few day stay and has a comfortable bed and sofa. Rivergate residence is also just across the river from district 1 so its also convenient. There were some issues at first when I checked in but the host solved them quickly and without any problems, many thanks

Smooth and easy ”

I stayed for 5 days and unlike most places I've rented short term in Hcmc that have mostly Vietnamese TV channels this unit has plenty also in English if you want to unwind in front of the TV a while. Bed and sofa also comfortable and host is easy to deal with, smooth & easy...

The room is clean, nicely decor with great facility. This is my 3rd time to the room, and the host is still super nice and helpful. I love the gym and pool on 7th floor, which is one of the reason why I always book this room when I come to saigon. Wifi is strong for both work and entertainment.

Best accommodation in Vietnam”

The studio is cozy and nice. I like the decoration. Well-equipped. The building is close to D1, near Bui Vien street that What I love the most. Convenience store and MC Donald nearby,2 mins walking. Camilla is nice host and so helpful, also give many tips to travel. Will book this hotel again.

Good stay for a studio apartment”

Pros - good facilities such as kitchen, gym, swimming pool and 24 hr mini market. Taxi available but quite expensive... better use grab. Cons - quite a walking distance from district 1. Had to wait for more than 1/2 hour before reception arrived, decided to go for lunch then. Only one toothbrush and was recycled for 3 nights.

The room look fabulous, love it. And very very close to most tourism location, can even walk to Ben Thanh Market. The host is super nice and beautiful, as well.

The studio is so nice and I love the swimming pool in sky garden. Easy to take a taxi, also waking distance to CBD and famous tourist spots. Th host is nice and helpful. Convenience store on the ground floor opens 24/7. Highly recommended.

Good location. Great place. Amazing host. Amenities are top notch and you're a short Grab ride to anywhere you want to go. Camila was very accessible and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend!

屋主夫妻人非常的好，非常親切，有問題都能幫忙解決，公寓位置也很棒，只要過一個橋，大概10～15分鐘，就能走到范五老街，樓下還有全家，跟小型超市，超級方便。 7樓的健身房跟泳池也很不錯，價位又便宜，非常推薦

地點雖然在4郡,但離1郡就是一條橋之隔, 非常方便 host人很好, 入住也非常方便 房內雖不是特大, 但設施一應俱全 7樓的泳池是吸引入住的誘因, 非常棒 晚上吹著風在躺椅上, 實在是一大享受 下次一定會再來入住, 推薦!
