Pleasant Stay”

It was a pleasant 2 night stay with V E Hotel & Residence. Not too far away from Mid Valley Megamall and One Utama. Great variety of choices for breakfast! Overall I had a great experience with V E Hotel!

Good location opp Nexus Bangsar South, Clean and New Hotel”

Hotel is new, beautiful and very clean. Excellent location with a link bridge connecting to the opposite Nexus Bangsar South Connexion Convention Centre where we attended a seminar. There are restaurants nearby at the Nexus opposite, and a 7-eleven below the hotel. Short cab/grab away to nearby Mid Valley Megamall for lots of shopping and food choices. Some hotel front desk staff are friendly, customer service level is acceptable, but can be improved for front desk staff. Breakfast spread is quite good. Read a few reviews on hearing announcements from the mosque, but we didnt hear so when we stayed at Level 8.

We spend 3 days and 2 nights at VE Residences, in their 2 bedroom suite. Room took a while to turn over after the previous guests, but the reception staff offered us a 1 bedroom to relax in while we wait! We even got a free breakfast and late checkout for our last day:) staff at the hotel were very hospitable, and the hotel itself was very clean and big! Our room had very modern neutral colours which all 3 of us appreciated. It was also very spacious with a study, common bathroom, living and dining area, apart from the two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Location of the hotel was great for us as we shopped around Bangsar area and visited friends and family there as well. Will definitely come back and stay here the next time we are in KL!

For me its excellent ”

I stay there twice this month one for 2 nights another recent one 4 nights. for me its value for money , with this price its hard to get a decent hotel like this. Location wise it was ok for me , 5 min using grab to Mid valley, relatively new hotel and modern decoration and lighting was good. shower water pressure is alright, with bathroom separated from toilet. Stuff are frenly, near by is mostly office , but also surrounded with many restaurant. soul out & brussel is just across the bridge. I totally enjoy my stay here although i will need to take grab to the places i wan to go but there is not a lot of ppl coming in n out from the hotel entrance therefore its quite easy to get in & out from the hotel.

Pros - Value for money, the price is reasonable, for the price I am pleased with the place - Easy check in, check out - Free parking - Limited breakfast spread, but loved the eggs. - Staffs were attentive. - The gym, sauna and the infinity pool. - Loved the privacy - near to mid valley (5 minutes drive) - I would've rated on the cleanliness but.. those tiny cockroaches.. Cons - At first we were given a more spacious room, great view but the safe lock was not working, the Astro channels were unavailable and a very small roach was found under the sink. - I reported twice, but the channels problem was going to take a long time so they transferred me to a new room. - The new room had not so much of a great view (constructions stuffs were going on) less spacious,and another small roach was found.

Exceptional”

Excellent facilities in an excellently located hotel. Lot of restaurants nearby in walking distance. Near to Sentral and Mid Valley also. Friendly and very helpful stuff. I can only recommend this hotel to others, be it a business trip or a holiday. A tiny bit of negative side is the sliding doors in the room. It looks classy and economical, but I spent a lot of time sliding them left and right all the time. So, it is a little bit over-design. Nevertheless, it is not a big nuisance. Also, the rooms would look better with one more chair. Overall, very good quality hotel, we will plan to come back again.

Nice Room + Excellent Bed!!!”

The room is NICE!!!! It looks excellent and nice!! The shower room and toilet are separated! I love the modern concept, where by the wardrobe door is actually the toilet door too! (Sound confusing huh!? BUT it's really a nice concept!) The bed is HUGE and it's COMFORTABLE for a person to sleep on!!! Omg!!! I can roll from one end to the other end! Nice! The wifi is SUPERB!! FAST & FURIOUS!!! I could just stay in the room and do my work all day long!! The staff are excellent and friendly! I just love this hotel! It's only 5 min away from MID VALLEY!!!!!! Go, Go, Go!! A highly recommended HOTEL...!!!!

New hotel, staff needs training”

Check in process was ok. Rooms were squeaky clean. Banquet staff was a little incompetent as with most in the service industry in this country anyway. The staff checking me out seemed a bit lost. Anyway, checked out, drove home and received a call from the hotel to ask me what time I would be checking out. Well, the lady on the phone was very nice. So I told her what time I checked out and I happened to remember the name of the staff who checked me out since it took quite a while. All in all still good. Would recommend all who would like to stay in the Bangsar/Mid Valley area.

Cool Residence with A Good Price”

We traveled with 4 adults and 1 kid this time. There were steep discounts from the hotel. We got a suite with the price that would usually be a Deluxe room. Not to mention the breakfast which was really great. The room was very spacious, clean, and the hotel took every step to ensure the safety and hygiene for its guests in this COVID19 pandemic. It was a mere 10mins drive to Mid Valley mall, and a 10 minutes's walk across the street for eateries. I would highly recommend anyone with/without family to stay here.

Perfect Stay @ V E Hotel”

I had booked 3 deluxe and one 2-bedroom apartment. our stay was full of praises by my relatives and me. Perfect hotel. Mid-valley is just 5 mins drive away. Within 10mins you get to many other shopping malls. Just opposite the hotel there is a corporate building with 2 levels of restaurants, bars and cafe. You can't go hungry. Hotel also has 7-11, money changer and 2 cafes. Rooms were very new and very clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Accommodating Staff”

definitely worth the price. i made booking for my brother, however on check out day, he overslept, yet the staff at reception was kind enough to call his room, and allowed an extension (paid directly at hotel). Thank you V E ! Will definitely re-book in the future :)

I’ll definitely come back to this hotel again. Everything is so good and the location is superb. 10 minutes drive from mid valley and there’re lots of restaurant opposite the hotel There’s linked bridge connected to the mall opposite which is super convenient. One suggestion for the hotel management is that every room should come with a comb. :)

Excellent Service”

Stayed here previously (16th Feb) and made a passing comment that there was no hot water at that time. The staff, Mr. Azeres, explained that the boiler burst or something. He was very kind and insisted on upgrading my room for this current stay. Very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Have stayed here 3 times. It is only a short distance from the mid valley mall area.

V E Hotel perfectly suited my needs - great mid way point for meetings in KL & PJ and lovely new facilities and friendly staff. I'll stay there again.

Good place and Friendly Staff ”

The staff are very friendly and always smile with us. It’s very good Service and the environment and furniture is good. We request for high-floor, the staff are really given us to stay at high-floor. Great Hotel Bangsar South”

This is a great place to stay if you need to be in Bangsar, Mid Valley or PJ area. The hotel is new and clean and the room is spacious.

Great for sleepovers!”

Had a wonderful stay at VE Hotel & Residence. Stayed at the 2 Executive Bedroom Apartment, and it was ever so spacious. The bedrooms were all super clean, big, loved the bathrooms too. The living room was a hit for us as we all curled up on the sofa and watched Netflix together and played music. The windows in the living room were immaculate to take pictures with the perfect lighting. The only downside was check in could take up to 30 minutes (slow staff :/ ) and some of the amenities in the room had to call the reception to fix but they were swift to deal with our problems immediately. Would come again!

One night stay in Bangsar”

Mid Valley area was our attraction, but their hotel was not (too old). So we chose VE, and its not disappointed at all! With the exception of poor drainage in the shower room (too slow to drain all the water, causing it flood), everything else is good!
