What a lovely little nest, right in the busy city, where everything is close by: Street food, shops, massages right next door (please support them :)), etc. Ms Liên is the loveliest host ever, who makes you feel right at home! The rooms are small, but the place is clean and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen for use, and a small common area to hang out if you want to socialize or ask for tips to explore the local area. There is quite a bit of street/traffic noise, but you have that at every place in that area. The house itself is calm and quiet, with a relaxed student vibe. Small but Very nice showers with hot water. A little balcony up top. I highly recommend this accommodation!!

Close to lots of tourist stuff but not too noisy! It had a very clean bathroom and the room was super cute and comfy. Had some nice street food and coffee really close by. Loved it!! <3

Stayed here during my short stint in HCMC. Arrived sick from something I had in Cambodia. Lien’s hospitality and care were unparalleled. She made sure to check on me and gave me food and drink when I had no energy to get any. As a solo-traveler it was immensely reassuring to have somebody looking out for you especially in a new country. Lien was such a gracious host, even going as far as bringing me to her favorite food places in the area, showing me around, and being a great conversationalist (speaks perfect English!). She just recently turned took this place over, but even so the service, cleanliness, vibe, comfort, and location were all top-notch. The room is a little small, but as a tall individual I had no issues. Plus free linens and a free laundry machine— what more could you need? This place is a steal and, after a month of travel, has been my most enjoyable stay!

The homestay is really nice. Very lovely people running it who are willing to help. We were on the top floor and although the room is a little on the small side you basically get the floor to yourself with bathroom and balcony. They have a washing machine too so it’s great to get some laundry done. Locations is spot on. Not too close to the rowdy bars but only a five min walk. Highly recommend!

Cực gần công viên 23.9, bắt bus 109 từ sân bay về kéo vali đi bộ có 5' là đến, mỗi tội lần đầu đến không quen đường, đặt grab suýt đi xuống tận cuối đường :)) nên nếu book grab cứ book về 197 Nguyễn Trãi, xong kéo vali thẳng vào ngõ, nhà cửa trắng thẳng mặt ngõ, dễ tìm lắm. Chủ nhà siêu thân thiện

Nơi ở yên tĩnh - không gian nhỏ nhưng xinh”
Mình đặt 1 giường trong phòng mix dorm, nhưng may mắn đêm mình ở không có người lạ, chỉ có một mình mình trong 1 căn phòng nhỏ dành cho 2 người ( 1 giường tầng). Nhược điểm nhà: hơi nhỏ, cảm giác phòng ngủ hơi hẹp. Ưu điểm: không gian giường ngủ rộng rãi thoải mái, yên tĩnh và tách biệt với sự ồn ào náo nhiệt với bên ngoài, phòng tuy nhỏ vẫn thoáng khí do có giếng trời và cửa sổ thông thoáng. Mình sẽ quay lại dịp gần nhất.
