We booked a three bedroom unit. The unit was clean & fully furnished. All rooms including the living room were equipped with air conditioners which is great. We went to the swimming pool which was clean & well maintained. Gym is fully equipped but we did not use it this time around. Time spent more in the swimming pool with the kids and they had great time here. The place is very near to IOI Putrajaya shopping mall but we did not go there. We just booked one night stay to relax & give the kids time to play around in the pool. There’s also playground for kids. The only thing that worry us during our stay was the parking for homestay visitors. We were instructed to park at B2 and we thought it was a Basement 2 (Two level down in basement). Little that we know that it is actually 4 level down in the basement and it is empty with no cars at all. Quite scary for us family of 5. What more if the visitors is a solo person. The basement goes as follows: L1 > L2 > B1 > B2. Not much cars even in L1 & L2. So you can imagine how many cars in B1 & B2. We had to park in B2 because the access card given is only accessible for B2 and not the other level which is too bad. Owners of homestay should perhaps given customers to use their homestay units carpark which i believe located in L1 or L2 reserved carparks. A peace of mind is all that customers want and this will translate into repeat customers. If not, we might not consider this place again in the future.

Very Comfortable & Helpful Host !”

Xperienced difficulties to find n exact loc of the unit due to our arrival @ a vy wee hours, 04:25hrs to be exact + most of the security guards here r Hindi speaking, but we managed to sort out the matters after we found one who is well-versed abt the blocks & the unit. Thks dude !.. Huh ! Yr leaflet quick start guide which explained wht a "Guest Wi-Fi Ntwrk" is, how to set one up, & wht instruction will probably be followed by "Wht's your Wi-Fi pswd ?", didn't help us much to connect to the ntwrk :( Btw, during our 2nd day of staying here, my kid has unintentionally locked the room & all our belongings & luggages were in the room. Tht's vy awful, isn't it ?!@#$%&*?!! :(... Wellll... We managed to get in touch with the host, Mr Steven & he has arranged Grab Dlvry to deliver the key to us with n additional fee of RM25.... I was out of the small change on tht day, inserted RM24 in the ang pow red envelope & left it on the table for the host to collect it. Overall, we like the place :)

Parking is good and easy. Location is good just 6 mins from IOI Mall. Living room is spacious and air-conditioned. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioned. View from this unit is swimming pool. New built area. Few newly open shops/restaurant nearby only walking distance. But, there is no body and hair shampoo provided. No tissue provided at kitchen or washroom. Every rooms do not equipped with mirror. No rubbish bin provided at bedrooms or washroom. Only at kitchen. Overall for 1 night stay is OK.

Love the house and the cleanliness but we were kind of annoyed with the tenant from the lower level. We just entered the house around 10minutes and suddenly we got a call from the security saying that the tenant below complained about we making noises. We literally just came in and checking out the rooms and didn't even turn on the tv yet. Then, a few minutes after that we got the same call again frm the guide. I was quite pissed of since we didn't make any noise. We can even hear some kids crying from another house but my kid didnt even cry. Then the 3rd time, the guard even came to our house and said they got the complain again. I was so pissed off. The guard said that same tenant always do that when there is new guess renting that same premise. To avoid this i think perharps the owner of this premise can install carpet since i guess that lower tenant can hear our foorsteps. I even scold my son for playing around.. It was sad since we didnt enjoy much because of this event.

During my stay, overall the room is ok,cozy but need to add mirror,all function well.The issue is the parking is worst, need to circle 3times to reach B2 area, no weird thing happened to us during stay.Overall ok.

Nice place but unfortunately the unit at Block B offered to us had some electricity shutdown problem around 8pm and end up we was offered another unit at Block C which was not within walking distance (had to pack, shift by car to the Block C and it was not easy esp with young childrens. Dissappointed!

You have to prepare your own transportation. Hard to understand the structure to find the parking and the security in the parking area could not understand normal English conversation. Good thing is the room is confortable, quiet, clean and cozy.

Unable to reach the place via waze application for first timer. Security registration at Guard Post quite lengthy.No room service.Offset with big rooms and good facilities.To summarize this not hotel or resort.Its just a homestay.

I love the fact that the place is spacious. Three rooms with 3 baths. Equipped with amnities. However the washer was not working. Easy check-in and check-out. New to IOI City Mall. Highly recommended.

Pls refer to my comments below: 1) Bathrooms-The water doesn't flow properly. It were blocked/clogged for both bathroom. 2) To provide a Liquid Soap for both bathrooms. For cost saving, owner shall providing liquid soap rather than "bar soap". Your new tenant will not use the remaining bar soap being used by the previous tenant. 3) Please provide a mirror in each of bedrooms. Or else can also by putting it at the wall with a big mirror may help us a lot. 4) Please change and provide the pillows in all bedrooms with the quality items. We coulndn't sleep well since the pillow its to thin. It wil good if can provide 4 pcs of pillows for king/queen soze bedroom and 2 pcs of pillows for single bed. As for now u just provide total of 5 pcs tick pillow for tje apartment. Hoping all these comments will helps to improvise your service.
