Good for Casual Stay”
Its a SOHO type suite with 1 attached bathroom. Not a fan of how the furniture arranged. The bed was placed right in the centre facing the kitchen and toilet. Would have been better if the bed was placed closer to the window

Everything was awesome, a new buiding and facilities. Fyi, there's no washing machine and you have to make booking early as owner need some time to prepare the room. Btw, nice staying for a small family, friendly owner, clean room and nice view.

Worth the stay”
Was convenient to check in and out,easy access and with sufficient facilities. Hope Agoda can guide tenant in providing proper receipts since it involve claiming procedure. Otherwise a good stay indeed.

Booked for one night stay,unit was dirty,have a head scarf on the sofa bed and i think that it hasnt been cleaned. On top of that,the toilet is really very moudly and dirty. The unit is dusty and tv is not working well. The shower is not working very well ,as the hot water turns cold in less than 2 minutes. The water that they provided,is all left outside balcony and we didnt dare to drink it as although it is in container but left at outside and exposed to sunlight and rain and i dont think its safe to consume. Will never book again.

The location and the facilities overall should be fine since it is a condo unit. Just that we were surprised to see the unit was messy and not ready for our stay. Unit we stayed was 13-13A.

Very bad host”
Do not pick this host. There are others hosts in this building pls choose wisely. This one didn't contact me about the check in procedure, I have to email and reach out thru Agoda helpline to get to know that. Also, I have to wait some time for her to come to meet me upon my check in. In the room, washing machine is occupied with other clothes, she said she just washed duh. Host knew I'm gonna check in why nd to wash that time, can't wait any other time? Also, it takes almost 2days for her to return my deposit, that is only after I said I wanna report to Agoda smh. Very bad for me.

The room seema someone sray there, hot water is default, they just put the bed top infront of TV, behind it full of dust, the shower curtain dirty, toilet wall mossy..not mineral water and tea amenities

Very hard to get checked in.. Once we reached there is no lobby or pp to guide us.. Waited at car parking for 4 hours to get the key.. While the owner didn't attend d call.. My mother who is oku are x bare to hold her pee so just 10 min we went to Petronas for wash her. The owner called us once n say sorry cz she thought we cancelled the stay due never picked up.. Seriously waste of money n time.. I won't be there anymore.. But she even offer us stay ntil 2pm.. Seriously worst of the worse.. She even not asked apologise of it.. That makes sick.. Hmm

the owner stay at the place. I arrived there at 3pm, she told me to wait. I waited for hours untl 7:30PM. Then when i enter the house, i can smell smoke in there. Overall, u will regret if u want to stay at this place.

Saya check in lambat pukul 4pm. Tau apa jadi? Host masih dlm rumah dan tengah nak cuci bilik air. Washing machine penuh dgn tuala kotor yg tak dikeluarkan. Bawah katil penuh habuk yang tak disapu. Belum buka almari lagi. Penuh dgn bantal yg tak bersarung. Nampak segala peta dunia. Kalau tak ready nak buat unit sbg homestay dlm agoda. Jangan buat. Menyusahkan orang!
